    in Current Events

This show was actually a requested show that came about after an article a few weeks ago in the Panama City News Herald regarding the lawsuit from some businesses on Panama City Beach and the PCB City Council. The lawsuit alleges that their are racial overtones that led to the new ordinances that are suppose to be in effect for Spring Break 2016. There were some valid points made by the lawyer for the plaintiffs and I am not going to lie I have thought about some of the things myself. I do not believe in the whole 100 miler myth. I do not believe that the criminals within 100 miles descend on PCB during spring break to wreck havoc. I am quite sure that someone will counter with the shooter from last spring break who shot 7 people at a house party. This young man was 21 years old and he was from Mobile. I have said that Spring Break is out of control and it can't be both ways. The business owners do not want changes that will affect their businesses and the locals want change. No one is willing to compromise. So is PCB going to be open or closed for Spring Break in the near future? My next point is why I am limited with my Facebook groups. I really do not like FB groups because I have not have had good experiences with them. At the present time I am member of 3 and that is because they are serious minded and about causes. There is a particular group that is closed and they are sellers. It is very cliquish and you have to almost be vetted. To sell are you kidding me? The next one is a business owner who was practically begging for new business on FB so I go to the page to show love and see what the business is about and it is a closed group. When I commented on personal page the owner had the audacity to question me. I did not respond because I felt like she was out of line and I just want to know is she open or closed for business?
