Using the tool Grounding is so important while we are moving forward into a new way of life. After 30 years of using this tool I am happy to continue to teach this wonderful energy tool. This show will be taped for those of you who feel that you are being bounched around from moment to moment, not feeling stable. What is trigger.
Grounding what is it.
Barefoot Is Legal Radio is dedicated to those who support the barefoot lifestyle.
Most people in America think it is illegal to drive a car, go into a store, or eat in a restaurant barefoot.
However, ZERO USA States have such laws.
There are tons of health benefits to not wearing shoes, even if the average person wants to yell at you in the middle of the street.

I once saw a bumper sticker which read, "IF YOU'RE TOO BUSY TO PRAY, THEN YOU'RE TOO BUSY". What I took away from that brief message as a business owner is that if I'm too consumed with doing the expedient tasks of running a business, then I'm not able to focus on the important long range goals I initially set up for me.
Meditating is one way I take a break from my business to be grounded. It affords me an opportunity to shift from 'doing' to 'being'. It helps me calm down, appreciate life in the here and now and grants me the clarity to connect my life's mission with who I am as a human being.
This week I will share a few basic and simple things any business owner and Entrepreneur can do to develop a healthy meditative practice.
• Pope Francis’s encyclical “on care for our common home” introduces two terms buried by modern economics: “need” and “greed”. These represent two opposing worldviews. One seeks to satisfy our wants or preferences, which are limitless, non-satiable, substitutable and amoral. The other prioritises meeting universal human needs, which are limited, sufficient, non-substitutable and with clear ethical grounding. By counterposing these and putting them centre-stage, he has clarified the egregious moral dilemma inherent in climate change in a way that can unite both religion and humanism.
The pope also takes issue with the arguments of green growth, which is the current dominant strategy to handle climate change. Yes, we must support the fastest possible decarbonisation of the global economy through eco-efficiency, as Nicholas Stern persuasively argues in his new book, but at some point, very soon, we will need to switch to post-growth strategies.
