All Our Relations: Responding To Ebola

    in Culture

R.E.S.T.O.R.E. - The first "R" of this Planet Restoration acronymn stands for "Relation"; and, for this reason, we want to turn our attention to our relations currently facing and attempting to address the recent outbreak of the Ebola virus in Guinea, Liberia, Nigeria, and Sierra Leone. Why has the international communtiy been so slow to respond, and appear to have turned its back on Africa? What is reality and what is myth concerning the Ebola virus? How has the global media helped to raise awareness and stem the spread of the virus; AND, has the media made matters worse by stoking peoples' greatest fears, promoting misinformation, misrepresenting how Africa actually is, and magnifying already-existing stigmas surrounding disease in Africa? What can everyday people do right now to help stop the spread of Ebola?

Our first guest, Olimatta Taal of SenGhigen Productions, whose family is from The Gambia, West Africa, is working with various reggae and world-music artists to promote an education campaign to highlight African voices on the continent and throughout the diaspora addressing this complex issue and helping educate communities, as well as providing much-needed 'Ebola packs.'

Our second guest will be John F. Lloyd, former Commissioner of the Office of African Affairs for the Government of the District of Columbia. He also served as Chairman of Governance & Reform on the Liberian Diaspora Advisory Board, Embassy of Liberia in Washington, D.C. Lloyd is currently serving as the Chairman of the Diaspora Ebola Network that is convening a summit in Washington, D.C. on December 5th, bringing together organizational leaders and nationals of the West African Diaspora community from all regions of the United States, Europe, and Canada in an united effort to halt the deadly Ebola epidemic.

"Min resa med Vision For All till Gambia.

Please help me save my wife!!!

    in Family

GUEST:  Chris Hassan  -  We need money for my wife’s treatment and travel. My wife Isatou is in Gambia suffering from recurring infections through urinary tract to Kidneys (very painful, very weak, and very dangerous) and recurring Malaria. My wife constantly tells me she is afraid she will die. She has been treated several times unsuccessfully in Gambian clinics. She recently traveled to a Dakar Senegal Hospital for treatment but is still suffering and needs an extended stay in Senegal or trip to USA for advance medical care.

The USCIS sent a letter approving our application for my wife’s immigration into the USA, so we are waiting for the State department and Immigration to issue a visa for my wife to come to America. Now our only option is to continue to seek medical care in Senegal until she receives her visa approximately 30 - 45 days. Unless she gets a flight, travel from Gambia to Senegal is by bus and boat and takes hours which take a toll on her body. She is in a lot of pain because not much medicine is available in Gambia.

So far I’ve sent her money for treatment and travel twice, but now I need to go care for her.
Now the Region has an outbreak of (Ebola)………The Ebola Virus ………..…………………… My wife is already sick and weak from her current illness. Please help me save my wife!!!

4000 Years of black injustice Reversed by the Kingdom of David

    in Religion

The Kingdom of David shall channel global black frustration and anger into a global Love Revolution to establish the world wide Kingdom of David. The hope of the Ethiopian people is that their heir to the throne by way of the Queen of Sheba and King Solomon shall sit on the throne of David.

America and the world is racist in policy to black people and at the same time ask why young black males are so angry. The anger comes from frustration and confusion of what to do. THe Kingdom of David will channel that anger to a peaceful love revolution that will bring hope, respect, restitution and reparations to Africa and her children in America and the rest of the world.

This broadcast announces the global revolution that must come from Jerusalem in order to restore hope. There is a war between good and evil and Jerusalem must lead the forces of good against the tyrannical forces of evil that wish to shackle man-kind into a global new world order that disrespects God and our individuality in the image of God, the forces of the world seek to change us from within to the image of their father, that old serpent satan.

Our fight is not against flesh and blood, but a spiritual battle that will erupt into love, truth and Justice by the establishment of the Kingdom of David.
