47:30 – Question: I have a client with a total cortisol of 9.5 for the whole day. I mentioned that he might want to

54:30 – Question from caller. How does the cyclical drop of progesterone before menses set off the

This week, Host Emma Boa-Durgammah is blessed to welcome Christ Follower and Kingdom Worker for Christ, Alisha Washington. Alisha will share how Kingdom Work for Christ can happen through wellness today. Her powerful testimony is indicative of the Lord’s Working Power over our mind, body, soul and spirit.
In 2013, Alisha was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), an autoimmune disease that causes the body to overprotect itself. The immune system in turn interprets everything consumed as an enemy. Like her immune system, Alisha had overprotected herself in every relationship she had with friends, family and strangers, putting put herself before everyone, including God. Tune in to find out how Christ miraculously transformed her life to one of service unto Him.
Alisha is currently a Light and Representative for Christ as the proud mother of 18-year-old songstress, Breyonna, a deacon and singles ministry leader in her local Church, within the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of the General Counsel while pursuing a degree in law, a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, mediator, and United States Military Veteran. For the latter, we thank her for her service.
More on this ministry at www.kingdomworkforChrist.com. A very special thanks to Alyce Metallo for her arrangement of Blessed Assurance (My Story), our opening song! Check her out at www.alycemetallo.com.
I'm really excited to be interviewing Lisa, one of my coaching clients, about her very personal journey of healthy weight loss: its causes, the 'ah-ha' moments, what matters, and what doesn't.
There are many reasons why our relationship with food can become unhealthy, and many obstacles to successfully conquering weight issues. In this show, Lisa and I will explore some of these obstacles via her experiences, and the lessons she’d like to share with others.
I’ll also be talking about the Functional Foodie Focus - putting the ‘will’ into willpower - and introducing a helpful recipe for those with a sweet tooth who are trying to beat sugar cravings.
Join us for what will be a fascinating, enlightening, and honest hour!

In-Flight Entertainment presents Marauder Radio: Tales of the Hole in the Soul Crew starring Bob Zima, MA/LCPC, a self described Frequent Flyer to Hell and Back. Bob has experienced many trips to the Gates of Hell and lived to tell the tale. Plus he has learned a thing or two along the way.
Marauder Radio is a cathartic & satirical podcast on which Bob shares with you his quirky and wacky insights and life lessons learned from his adventurous and E-True Hollywood-esque trips to Hell and back. Bob also leverages is master of arts in counseling psychology education (which by the way was at an Evangelical seminary) and his professional experiences as a license clinical counselor to offer additional fire power to his message.
Perhaps you may be inspired by this irreverent, blazon and passionate cathartic satirist who tells it like it is.
Perhaps not. You will have to listen to find out.
This show is for mature audiences with open minds and souls. Healing is NOT for wimps or the weak-hearted. It is work. Hard work!
On today’s show, Bob discusses how anger can get us what we want and ushered in healing briefly, it often leads to being marooned once again post the storm.
