God is so gracious that He has given us freedom of choice. Before man chose to listen to satan the world was perfect... no sin, sickness, or pain. But the deceiver used his tricks to try to destroy mankind. God did not leave us to our own devises but will come to our rescue when we are tempted and tried as we put our trust in Him. Listen to this insightful message from Rev. Ezra.

We can't teach happiness. We can't make other people happy. We can't force people to be happy. We can't even create happiness by giving them material things. We certainly can't make someone else happy by giving up things in our own lives. In the process of attempting to make others happy, we deny ourselves the infinite joys of life. Happiness is our own responsibility. Each and every one of us chooses whether or not we are happy or unhappy. We've all known people who have almost everything money can buy and still they are miserable.
Happy people have goals, dreams, desires, wants, and needs. They develop an attitude of "happy." This is done through their self-talk. They chose to deliberately and consciously talk to themselves in a positive manner.
When we talk to ourselves in a positive manner, we are taking steps toward everything we desire in life --- successful relationships, financial freedom, material possessions, happiness, and self-confidence. So how do you do it? How can you be happy and passionate every day when you are dealing with the stresses of life?
Join Choices host, Judi Moreo, author of You Are More Than Enough, as she shares tips and techniques for making yourself happy and staying that way.
Where does all this stuff that you’ve heard about this morning – the victim feminism, the gay rights movement, the invented statistics, the rewritten history, the lies, the demands, all the rest of it – where does it come from? For the first time in our history, Americans have to be fearful of what they say, of what they write, and of what they think. They have to be afraid of using the wrong word, a word denounced as offensive or insensitive, or racist, sexist, or homophobic.
We have seen other countries, particularly in this century, where this has been the case. And we have always regarded them with a mixture of pity, and to be truthful, some amusement, because it has struck us as so strange that people would allow a situation to develop where they would be afraid of what words they used. But we now have this situation in this country. We have it primarily on college campuses, but it is spreading throughout the whole society. Were does it come from? What is it?

Are you free? Truly free? Over the course of human history, many people have died for the sake of freedom. Freedom from tyrrany, freedom from opression, fredom from slavery, fredom from abuses of all kinds. And history is loaded with stories of freedoms being gained and freedoms lost. Whatever the case with others, the only one you will be held 100% accountable for is yourself. And the person that will judge your fight for freedom has a different standard than freedom of the press and freedom of religion. God wants us to be free, and if he makes us free, than we are free indeed!

Join us for a 2-hr. Freedom and Law Jam Session with Landon Andrews, a man with an amazing story of adventure and self-discovery (see "To Hell and Back~ A Freeman's Journey to Sovereign Emancipation w/Landon Andrews")
Last time Landon was with us, we were limited by time and unable to get into the actual legal process that he discovered while in federal prison, a process so "forbidden" that any inmate found sharing anything about it would get either solitary confinement, or even worse, "Diesel Therapy" (gotta listen to learn what that is all about).
Many freedom-seekers believe the answers we are looking for are to be found in the Uniform Commercial Code. Other freedom-seekers soberly warn us to avoid the UCC altogether. Some teachers suggest it is the road to sovereignty and ultimate legal emancipation. Others say it is the road to entrapment, portraying the UCC as a "ship" sailing the "Sea of Commerce/Admiralty-Maritime Law" under a "false-flag" with the Pope and the Vatican at the helm. Which is true? Can we ever know?
Join us as we seek to discern the real truth about the UCC Freedom Process.

In this episode we will conclude our conversation about Freedom of Choice without judgement. Remember, you are always free to choose whatever you desire. But are your choices clouded with judgement? Does the story going on in your head prevent you from making choices based on truth?
What if instead, you started making choices after evaluating what is true in any given scenario? Think that might make a different in the choices you make? Come listen and share your thoughts.
Join The Gist of Freedom, www.BlackHistoryBlog.com, as we continue our audio book reading Breaking The Chains by William L. Katz - Chapter 5 Urban Slave Resistance~ Jordan Hatcher was a seventeen-year-old enslaved tobacco worker in Richmond, Virginia, who in 1852 rose from obscurity to notoriety when charged with assaulting and killing white overseer William Jackson. According to newspaper accounts and trial records, Hatcher was working at the Walker & Harris tobacco factory when Jackson began flogging him with a cowhide for performing poorly. Hatcher initially warded off the blows, but Jackson continued to beat him. In response Hatcher grabbed an iron poker, struck Jackson unconscious, and immediately fled the factory. When Jackson later awoke, he claimed to feel no pain, but the next day he collapsed and died. Hatcher was immediately found, arrested, tried and sentenced to execution. His sentence, however, was later commuted by Virginia Governor Joseph Johnson, and he was sold and transported beyond the limits of the United States.
This case is significant because of Jordan Hatcher’s unusual working and living conditions. Hatcher was a hired slave; though legally bound to Parmella Goday of Chesterfield County, Hatcher had been hired-out to a tobacco manufactory for the year. During that year, Hatcher, like hundreds of other hired slaves, was allowed to find his own lodgings, secure his own meals, and receive the wages for his labor. During the antebellum era, the urban slave system provided an essential labor pool for city businesses and was highly lucrative, but under conditions that made white Richmonders nervous. Critics of the system believed the hiring-out process made urban slavery unstable and encouraged slave workers to be more rebellious and defiant. Hatcher did not hang.
