Charity has built an incredible level of respect as one of the top group exercise professionals in the Portland area. She also has a strong business and administrative background, working as a supervisor and Graphic Designer at DocuSource. She enjoys training, biking and hiking in her free time.

She also encouraged us that our weaknesses are opportunities of conditioning; meaning, it's a time that God weakens our response to certain stimuli. We finish out the week with understanding how we are to position ourselves as we allow God to build us up and become resilient.
