A judge can no longer deny a medical marijuana provider charged with illegally selling, furnishing or whatever the ability to present a medical marijuana defense to the jury. This precedent setting ruling by the 4th District Court of Appeals reverses the ruling by a lower court judge that the defendant in the case of People vs. Baniani would not be allowed to tell the jury that he was following state law when providing medical marijuana to qualified patients. Christopher Glew was the attorney in this precedent setting case that unequivocally confirms the rights of medical marijuana patients under SB 420 and is to be thoroughly congratulated in finally getting this pushed through the courts. Mr. Glew is the featured guest on the live Internet podcast of Marijuana Compassion and Common Sense this Monday, September 22 at 6 p.m. on www.blogtalkradio.com/marijuananews. Mr. Glew will discuss the history of this case, the legal reasoning that won the day for medical marijuana patients and how this ruling will benefit patients and their access to medicinal marijuana. He distills these complex legal issues and the byzantine politics that engulf them into lucid comprehensible statements so you can actually understand what the hell is going on. The shows 2nd guest is Casper Leitch creator and director of Time4Hemp.com, the first global pro-cannabis broadcasting network. Time4Hemp.com broadcasts on the Internet 24/7 with over 30 weekly programs including Marijuana Compassion and Common Sense.. With plans in the works to include TV, Time4Hemp.com has become a major media outlet for the marijuana community. A BLACK LIONS PRODUCTION (619) 924-9883
Brought to you by Abruptly Wake Up the Sleeping
For over four hundred years the Stolen Afrikan in AmeriKKKa has been robbed of the ancestry, their Afrikan spirituality, their science and their Story, they have been uprooted and are quickly dying.
The results of governmental institutional racism & genocide are chaotic; single parent households, unwed mothers, incarceration coupled with mis-education and the under educated have practically destroyed the black family. Their right minds are being destroyed with religion, drug addition, the prison & education system.
The continuous bombardments of the court systems manipulation and negative media influence have taken a toll targeted on black children, men and women.
Society has brainwashed the black women into believing that they don't need their black men.
Our women don't believe this because they refuse to see their own reflection, which is their black man because society has convinced the black females to destroy the only true hope for their survival....The Black Man!
The Black Lions are here to help our women experience the presence of a man so they do not try to defunct his true nature.
The Black Lions are here to take back our communities, businesses, families & kin our children and our women.
...Maybe then our black women will discover that A Black Man was all she really needed in the first place.
We need our women by our side in the revolution. Let’s Talk about it. (619) 924-9883

About the Tour.
SISFI is hosting our Suicide Awareness and Prevention NY Tour on Sept. 17th - Oct 3rd across NYC, Long Island and Westchester to bring more awareness, services, programs and resources to address the increasing numbers of people facing serious life and emotional challenges, and human suffering with suicide ideations/thoughts, and supporting families who lost loved ones to suicide.
The theme of the tour is “Look into my heart and mind, tell me what you see”. It highlights the realities of not knowing what’s in a person’s mind or on their heart by what we see on the outside, and that we must engage in dialog and allow an open and comfortable atmosphere for people to open up and express themselves.
We have aligned 15 community workshops, 3 luncheons and 15 radio shows to bring people, mental health professionals, energy therapists, health professionals, survivors and healers together to address this very serious and important topic affecting many people in our communities. While the community workshops are local in the 3 cities, the radio shows will have guests from across the country who lost loved ones, and practitioners who specializes in the support, treatment, recovery and healing of mental health, life coaching, emotional wellness and human suffering.
