    Real Discipleship...Right Now...What Next?

    in Religion

Real Discipleship is not an event, it is not a seminar, and it cannot be taught in a classroom setting. Real Discipleship requires daily interaction between the Disciple-Maker and the Disciple(s). And Real Discipleship is a lifetime commitment.

There are those that walk away from their talmid(im) i.e. disciples when they fall. It seems as if they feel that the fall is a reflection of themselves as the disciple-maker. In actuality, this is the very opposite  of what our Messiah Yahshua did. He did not leave them to themselves. He went after them.

He was not ashamed to be seen with those who denied them. He went with the purpose of restoring them and their relationship with Him. He did not sit them on the sidelines. He brought them back to the path that He called them to walk; addressed their issue(s), and set them on their way again.

Are we truly making disciples or are we making a name for ourselves? Whose ministry are we building; ours or Messiah's? Are we more concerned with our own reputation or the person(s) that Messiah has brought us to help along their way on their journey?

May we all be found walking more like Messiah; making disciples with the understanding that they will undoubtably fall from time-to-time. And we are to be there to help them pick up the pieces, help them restore their relationship with Abba. And guard their testimony from attack or assult. Real restoration means to be made whole, as if their was no fall at all!

    Shalom Aliechem!

Real Discipleship Part 3 The Cost of Discipleship

    in Training

What are the costs of Discipleship today?
Are we still called to radically follow Messiah or are things different today?
How can we truly count the costs and weigh the costs in our generation?
Will we continue with “business as usual” or will we choose to follow Him?
These questions and many more will be asked in this episode of Real Discipleship!

    Discipleship Jesus Style

    in Christianity

We are talking about the Concepts of how Jesus trains us to grow spiritually, How he leads his church today under his headship and what his methods and message really is.

We will be talking about how he uses people to minister. The fact that all are ministers unto him, and how we are "equal in value different in function". Listen to see if this fits what you are thinking or is a new paradigm for you.

What is God saying to his church world wide and who are his Church, is the things that we will discover on this show.

Discipleship Jesus Style is missions based and is now reaching into Kenya, Pakistan, India and South Africa through direct relational discipleship with people in those countries. Any support for those there would be accepted by emailing saudertim@gmail.com and letting us know if you wish to plant a seed to help others grow.

The presenter here is Timothy Sauder who is Apostolic (meaning we believe the early church had it right) Oneness (meaning we believe Yahshua Jesus was Yahweh in the flesh) and Mennonite ( meaning we believe in the principles handed down throught the Anabaptist tradition. Mennonites are not a denomination but a Federation of independant groups sharing a common vision of the church.)

Real Discipleship Part 2 Our Call to Discipleship

    in Training

In our first segment on Real Discipleship we covered the Authority of Our Call. We uncovered a myth in Christianity concerning the alleged authority that the enemy possesses today. For either, “all authority” means “all” or Messiah has sent us on false pretense.   And we further unveiled that the term “authority” has in it’s meaning the legal right and jurisdiction upon which we have been commissioned to “go and make disciples of all nations or “ethnos” or “non-Jewish people groups” according to Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance G1484. Told to the Jewish followers of Messiah to fulfill their role in the nations.   However; that teaching is for another day… As we move into the call to discipleship, we will look into the lives of the 1 disciples and we will apply this to our lives today. In Micah 4:5 we read, “For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of Yahweh our Elohim (the LORD our God) for ever and ever.” Literally “l’olam v’ad” meaning “continually without end.”

In the Hebraic culture this is called our “halakah” or our daily walk. It literally implies walking or going for we were not created as the trees or rocks that are stationary. No we have been given the ability and the authority to move about freely upon the earth in order. We are all going somewhere. The question is are we simply wandering aimlessly or are our steps ordered and purposed as we go?

    Real Discipleship...Right Now...

    in Religion

Today there is a sense of urgency in the Body of Messiah as preparations are being made for our returning King; Messiah Yahshua.

In the natural, preppers are equipping themselves and others for survival in the event of a disaster or national event.

Currently there are thousands of websites addressing wilderness survival for the individual and whole families. Some folks might call them doomsday prophets; others might call them foolish. No matter what we might think about some of their efforts, I am reminded about the life of Noah.

Spiritually we must become preppers. But how do we do so? What is needed to survive a spiritual holocaust? We can learn much from those who have survived in previous generations.

The spiritual climate today is being bombarded on every front. In order to survive we must become regimented and disciplined in our preparation. Prepare for what lies ahead...and ourselves to be prepared for our soon coming King.

He is not coming back for a spotted, wrinkled, and unfaithful bride. He is coming back to a bride that He has prepared by washing her in His own blood. He has equipped us for the journey ahead...are we applying the tools in our rut sack?

Tools? The Challenge is here to help you in your preparation as good soldiers to fight the fight of faith. How?

    1. What are you reading? Take the 90 day challenge and read through your Bible.

    2. What are you declaring? We must start declaring His Word out loud daily!

    3. Praying with purpose. We are not called to shoot a scatter gun of prayer. We have been called to pray targeted prayers as individuals and as a body of believers.

    4. Who are you equipping? Are you purposefully reaching out and making disciples who make disciples? As we equip others we discover how we can be challenged in our own level of preparedness.

This is not a doomsday prediction. It is living out the Word of God today.

    Are you ready?

    Real Discipleship...The Next Level...R U Ready?

    in Religion

Discipleship...What is it? What does it involve? Am I "required" to be a "Disciple-Making-Disciple-Maker?" Is Discipleship, real, daily discipleship even possible in the society we live in today?

Can it work in America? Can it work in the other nations of the earth? How can I start a Real Discipleship group where I am at and develop a global impact?

Can we "unplug" from the system that has made it's habbit to promote traditions of men at the expense of the Power of Elohim? If Messiah was here today would He still have the "Same Gospel Message to 'Repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand' ?"

Are you tired of reading about what happened in the Bilbe accounts of the lives of the early followers of Messiah Yahshua and asking how can this happen today?
Have you not read, "I am Yahovah, I change not." ~Malachi 3:6? Or Hebrews 13:8, "Yashua HaMoshiach the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever."

Join me on a journey back to the roots of our faith and living life in the authority Messiah has endowed upon us. Stop living lives of mediocrity, only dreaming about what it must have been like and begin to write the next chapter of Acts for all of the world to see and know Who He really is!

No, there is no pay, in fact you will be required to sacrifice EVERYTHING in order to become a part of an elite group that have purposed their lives to let Elohim fulfill His word in and through you.

This is going to be "hands on...daily" full of teaching then required application on your part.

Why sit in the boat while others are walking on the water? Seriously, are you at least standing and considering that 1st step of faith? Then step out of your comfort zone and follow me as I follow him.

To be conformd to His image is he prize...Are you ready to win? Then let's go!

    Shalom Aleichem!

    Real Discipleship

    in Training

    The Journey Continues...
Today there is a global trend back to the roots of our faith and the authority of the early church as described in Acts; specifically chapter 2:42-47. This is the result of many seeking to do what was done in the early church on a daily basis.  First we must begin with the call to "go and make disciples of all nations (i.e. ethnic groups or people groups) as commanded by Yahshua in Matthew 28:18-20 ESV "And Jesus came and said to them, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.' ”
Now we must set the dragnet for the harvest in our communities acco
