    Detox Tuesday With Sister Michelle Edmonds on The Liver Detox and Pastor Gaiter

    The Liver is associated with the spring. It's peak season runs from March 21 to the summer solstice of June 21. 

    The hours for peak detoxification of the gall bladder are 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.; for the  liver it is 1 to 3 a.m. 

    Therefore, the best time to start a liver cleanse is in late the winter after excess holiday eating and alcohol consumption has passed. This cleanse is actually a 14-day pre~ cleanse. A 7-14 day advanced cleanse is highly recommended. All detox programs should be supervised by a nutritional specialist or another holistic healer, specializing in the SELF-HEALTH CARE. A colon cleanse should run concurrently for the duration and 14 days prior to commencing. This is because it is the primary organ of the body. If the channels of elimination are clogged in the colon, it could cause uncomfortable die-off symptoms (auto-intoxication) and ineffective cleansing effect of the other organs.

    Sometimes in life you have to detox from some people! If you have ever watched the TV show intervention sometimes the addict has to go throught detox to rid themselves of the toxins which are the drugs. Well in life we deal with toxic people meaning negative, self-serving people who are only about self or it could be situations that are toxic and mean us no good. When we find ourselves in this state of mind then it's time to detox and remove the toxins. Toxic people do nothing but contaminate with their mouths and attitudes. Any self help person will tell you to avoid these types at all cost. A woman went on a 30 day man fast but I am thinking what would happen if you removed toxic peope for 30 days! I bet you have a peace like no other. You will come back stronger and be able to cope better or get rid of the toxins all togother. Like an addict your body may be rid of the drug but then the withdrawls kick in. So many of us are addicted to drama and chaos. We would probably be on the road to recovery but relaspe by going back to that toxic situation. If you ready to detox join me on this broadcast!
