Holistic healing simply means that you must nourish, detox, rest, and meditate in order for the human body to live. Consuming foods high in fiber with life-giving properties such as: cooked beans, dates, figs, whole grains, apples, bananas, black berries, blue berries, cherries, brussel sprouts, carrots, grapefruits and salads that have green leafy vegetables are a great source of fiber enriched nutrients.
Let's talk about carbohydrates one of the major foods that are destroying the human body.
