SORT BY Relevancy
Hosted By Marti Oakley & Debbie Dahmer
Our guest this eveniing is Joe Roubicek, a detective who has dealt directly with the targeting of the elderly by predators in the probate system.
We are exposed to the criminal activity facilitated by corrupt probate courts and those who depend on them for access and protection, every day of the week. While the elderly are systematically targeted, kidnapped, isolated and neglected so that their estate can be siphoned off by the court appointed predators, a growing movement is underway to charge those responsible, criminally.
The corruption associated with probate courts across the country with the corresponding theft of estates perpetrated by predatory guardians, unethical attorneys and others who have interjected themselves into the case, has become a hot button topic. How to deal with these people in a so-called "justice system" that routinely works to protect the predators has also become the focus of many efforts.
Joe will be speakiing about what can be applied to criminal law in probate cases.

Believe in yourself right now ~ even though it may be hard. You do not have to be up, to look up. Do not allow yourself to be overwhelmed by darkness, surrounded by negativity or give in to despair. None of these things improve your life. Do not give yourself permission to feel sorry for yourself, or give up your power. Start right now to take massive action on your own behalf to move your life forward. You can do this! Keep your mind focused on the outcome you desire. It takes discipline of mind, heart and spirit to create your breakthrough. What you think about you bring about. Despite your circumstances and all of the challenges you are facing, know this. Now it is time for you to believe it! Make it happen. You have something special. You have GREATNESS within you! ~ Les Brown

Jim Porter I'll be exposing constitutional law violation(s), committed by previous and current government employees at our federal, state and local levels of government to control the American People.
1) More than 200 years ago, to begin the takeover of America, foreign citizens to this country quietly enter our elected government bodies because the American People didn't see the takeover coming. The criminals violated Article 1 of our federal constitution without the American People doing a thing to stop this. (This group of foreign individuals recognized the pen is mightier than the sword so they relied on their pen(s) and not armed aggression for this well planned takeover.)
(America's government organization of federal and state constitutions, working as one machine with multiple systems, provides guidance to all government employees working for the American People.)
(Once the federal constitution violations were committed without discovery by the American People, criminals both foreign and domestic, within all government bodies, stopped honoring all constitutions, causing the American People to discover system(s) failures at different government levels.)

On this broadcast/podcast, SONSHINE USA Bible teacher Warren Landis talks about what the role of tradition is in many of America's churches. As Christians, are we following thw teachings of scripture or simply sticking to tradition. The Pharisees were scumbag hypocrytes. They often failed to keep all the commandmenyts themselves, even though they got on other peoples case for not keeping some law. They also added to the law and presented it as scripture.
Warren also salutes our listener city of the day.......Hattiesburg, Mississippi. (along with greetings going out to listeners at William Carey University!)
