In our busy lives, it is easy to miss paying a bill. However, your lenders won’t accept excuses for why they you didn’t pay them as you agreed to do. For example, your bankcard company cannot make excuses for being late in paying the merchants where you made your purchases. When you don’t pay, they still have to pay on your behalf. Missed payments can have a severe impact on your credit scores. And lower credit scores will often penalize you with higher interest rates – which can end up costing you tens-of-thousands of dollars throughout your life. We have been doing business for over 10 years with much Proven Success!!!!! Spare Parts: With the help of their high school's newest teacher (George Lopez), four Hispanic students form a robotics club. Although they have no experience, the youths set their sights on a national robotics contest. With $800 and parts scavenged from old cars, they build a robot and compete against reigning champion MIT. Along the way, the students learn not only how to build a robot but something far more important: how to forge bonds that will last a lifetime. www.google.com

Tonight I'll break down the surprising Bulls win over the Golden State Warriors, perhaps the best team in the NBA. Derrick Rose had a tough night but made the shot that mattered. I'll also break down the Blackhawks loss to the L.A. Kings last night and give my thoughts on the state of the Hawks, plus their budding rivalry with the Kings. I have two questions for you tonight: Are you giving credit to Rose for the game-winner, or judging him for the 11 turnovers? And, which team do you see going further in the playoffs, Bulls or Blackhawks?

Today on "It's My House" we shall discuss how we can achieve high finance using social capital tools. These tools are known as Tanda's, Susu accounts, Hawala systems, Hui's and many other names depending on what part of the world that you live in and what social networks that you are apart of.
If you have had issues getting credit from a traditional bank then consider using the original source of credit which is the "social network".
Feel free to call in and ask any questions or give your comments on this subject.
Kim Robinson's father, a tailor, inspired me. The first thing Kim ever made, a halter top, was the kind with the choker ring around the neck. She attached some yellow yarn as hair, buttons for eyes, and for lips, a red licorice. Sadly, the California sun melted the licorice all over the place, but every little girl in the neighborhood was exchanging their toys for one.
In addition to continuing her sewing throughout high school, Kim was in the modeling club, where she, along with her friends showcased her designs. Remember, this was the late 70’s when Superfly and Cleopatra Jones were The Thang. Kim progress to making long coats and lace up pants out of recycled Levi’s.
Currently writing a story entitled Street Life to Housewife, Kim assures you that the title speaks for itself. The author of four other books near completion, one is best described as Murder she wrote for the hood.’ Kim's goal is to comlete an eight-book series.
She is close to completing God Ain’t Spelled Government. where the alumni of Dominguez High School, Class of '77 has leaked a government conspiracy at her twenty-year class reunion. The Government does not know to whom the conspiracy was leaked, Consequently, they Government set out to kill everyone who attended the reunion.
Three books Kim rely upon. One is Green Pharmacy while the other is Live Right for Your Type. Her most important is The Holy Bible.

With his good looks and colorful playing He became a matinee idol and changed the image of drummers forever.

Episode 42 of Building Your Law Practice with Jim Thompson and Nick Augustine
Referrals are the best source of business for many lawyers. When someone we know, like and trust gives out our name to an individual looking for our services, and there is already an endorsement, we are more likely to earn business from the prospective client. Referrals can come from current and past clients, but also from people in what we call the Referral Partner Network. Today we talk about setting up reciprocal relationships with client referral partners.
About this weekly show:
The reason we bring you all this program is to promote a referral mindset because referrals are solid sources of repeat business and derivative income. Why is it that lawyers are not getting the referrals they need to grow their practice? Listen and learn to tips you can use today!
Brought to you in part by Members’ Choice Federal Credit Union in Denton, Texas on Unicorn Lake Boulevard. You may be eligible to join Members Choice if you live, work, worship or attend school in Denton or Argyle, Texas.
About Jim and Nick:
Jim Thompson is a retired lawyer who is well-known for helping attorneys get on track to earning more clients through simple cost-effective activities. Jim is the author of "Why Lawyers Fail To Get Referrals and What They Can Do About It."
