In the computer age, 99% of all documents are created and stored electronically. Today, all litigants, pro se or otherwise, have a duty to request and disclose responsive electronic evidence in their cases. If you have a consumer debt case, debt collectors will seek to turn to the courts to squeeze money out of the already struggling poor and middle class.
Lawsuits to collect on bad debts have to be filed in the state where a debtor lives. And, location has become the new tool for debt collectors as some jurisdictions are more lenient than others. Large debt buyers use the relaxed rules of small claims and municipal courts to file suits that obtain little documentation of the debts they seek to collect. These courts allow for quick judgments when legally unsophisticated defendants fail to contest the suits. Once the debt collectors obtains a judgment, they use the full weight of the legal system to enforce it primarily by seizing assets, garnishing wages, and freezing bank accounts.

I’ve put together a 7 week guide to dumping debt called The Great Debt Dump that follows my story paying off $107,000 of consumer debt. It merges my first successful attempt completing a long distance race. My first 5K. with the principles need to successfully become debt free. I’m not a runner, don’t really care for the practice…but I don’t like being in poor shape more. The same could be said for being in debt.
Paying off debt is not necessarily the most interesting activity, but being in debt sucks – by comparison. So in both cases you do what you have to, until you get what you want.

Welcome to THOR Radio Network, we are Community and Group consisting of Man and [WO]Man who has come together in Unity and a desire, need to Edify ourselves in Commerce, Civics, Economics and International Law. We focus on the arena of so called Debt Collectors and Debt Buyers which terms are often used synonymously. With excess of 8 Million alleged Foreclosures, displacing nearly 20 plus Million families from their property as well as millions of lawsuits filed based upon defaulted worthless Debt. Our Society, Communities and Economy has become oppressed by defective, manipulated, fabricated paperwork used by debt collectors who sometimes purchase (alleged) evidence of debt for pennies on the dollar, only to then abuse Consumers with the assistance of the Legal Society and many times the Court.
THOR is a Consumer Advocate that serves the People/Consumers in educating them on the oppressive nature of the Debt Collection arena, and how to defend themselves, as well mount an Offense against these debt collection entities and those who are enablers of their abuses. THOR focus is not the alleged debt itself, but the Behavior and Conduct of these debt collectors and those attorneys who assist them, who by this very act becomes "debt collectors" as well. It is a known fact that these "debt collectors" have multiple support groups and organizations such as ACA and IACA, these are associations consisting of attorneys, national banks and debt collectors.
Now the People/Consumers have their own support group and that is THOR! JOIN US each and every Tuesday at 11:00 am EST!

This is our final episode of Black Survival Guide 2015. I hope that you will find the lessons put forward helpful. Tonight we will give a Dharma Talk on the subject, Lazarus has risen. All the forces in the world today are working to destroy the Black community, black hopes and dreams, and opportunities to live. They are also working to destroy anyone who sympathises with the poor, the broken, the oppressed, the ones that are favored by most meaningful religions. Lazarus has arisen. We have awaken from the consumer induced sleep that has caused us to stumble in a fog looking for esteem to be given to us by those who just don't care and who just don't love. Lazarus has arisen and reclaimed the power of life and creativy that is the birthright of every human being. Welcome back, Lazarus. We are the world, and we are Lazarus.

TODAY WE WILL DISCUSS THE ART OF WAR !!!
What we resist, persists. We've all heard the saying. And we have probably even noticed that whatever we dislike the most has a tendency to show up again and again and again. Whether it's our physicaI shape and health, relationships, jobs/careers, or finances, our patterns are our patterns. And no matter what we do within our patterns, we will continue to get the same (disappointing, frustrating, sometimes even torturous) results. So why is it that what we resist persists? And what can we do about it?
Join host, Kristine Burke, for a discussion of life's principles and how life serves us by showing us what we are resisting. And how it serves us further by showing us the path we seek—to happiness, peaces, success, and love.

The dollar as we know it today is represented by sophisticated pieces of paper or accounted as digital computer entries. Its value is by “fiat”. In 1971 the dollar was removed from being backed by gold as specified in the Constitution.
Shortly after the divorce from gold, arrangements were made to have the U.S. dollar be used exclusively for the oil trade, to keep the dollar going, However, that is now changing as Russia, China and other nations are starting to trade oil in their own currencies.
The creation of a fiat currency made the practice of fractional reserve banking easier to conduct, leading to vast levels of debt and manipulation. Now these practices have brought us to the brink of economic collapse all over the world.
The IMF has now announced that the Chinese renminbi, also called the “yuan”, will be included in the SDR basket as of Oct. 1, 2016. The impact on the dollar between now and then could be dramatic. There could be much more serious economic dislocation in the U.S., as well as other high debt nations.
Alternative economists warn that sluggish economic activity, market drops, dollar decline and wealth redistribution may soon bring financial wipeout of the middle class and widespread poverty. Meanwhile, war actions are being conducted to try to maintain the dollar’s status by military might.
It is important to get prepared and make plans with compatible friends.

The Dr. Kim Show American Justice Series Part I
"The Steep Cost Of Incarceration On Women Of Color."

The Dr. Kim Show American Justice Series Part I "The Steep Cost Of Incarceration On Women Of Color." Thousands of women are shouldering the financial burden of incarceration of a loved one, particularly in black communities. Join Dr. Kim in the studio as we discuss this epidemic of women of color and incarceration.
According to data from a CNN/Kaiser Family Foundation poll on race in America, 55% of black Americans said they either had been incarcerated themselves or had a close friend or family member who had been incarcerated compared to 36% of whites and 39% of Hispanics. Among these black Americans, nearly two-thirds said they earned less than $50,000 a year and only 21% said they had earned a college degree.
The financial costs of incarceration are steep. Inmates can be assessed fees for their daily stay in jail, probation and phone calls. In some cases, inmates accrued thousands of dollars in prison-related debt. Once released, many former inmates find that employers are reluctant to hire people with criminal records. As a result, it's often female relatives who are left footing a large percentage of the bills.
