A look at how students have no constitutional protection on school campuses in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Assitant Princilas are afforded ravenous powers to investigate, interview and interrogate students without representation of any kind.
Tony interviews Shane Krauser, Founder of the American Academy For Constitutional Education, an organization deeply involved with preserving and protecting our constitutional rights from an increasingly tyrannical socialist, oppressive and corrupt federal government that is growing WAAAY beyond the scope that our founding fathers intended. Shane and Tony passionately speak about the need for every freedom loving American to active assert their constitutional rights to bear arms, organize into Constitutional Militias, join Sheriff’s Posse’s and prepare to defend their communities against any natural disaster or man made enemy foreign or domestic.
Guest: Shane Krauser, Founder of the American Academy for Constitutional Education
An eight-year-old student participated in a class essay assignment, and followed the instructions to the core: write about someone you believe is your hero. Very intelligent second-grader Ryleigh Watts of the Cerro Gordo Elementary School in Columbus County, NC did so indeed. She wrote about the person she felt was the biggest hero in her life...Jesus Christ. For her efforts, she received her essay back, marked with a big red "F" and a comment that read, "Remove Jesus, please". Ryleigh Watts parents' are taking action and fighting the school to protect their daughter's constitutional rights to free speech and religious beliefs--stating that the teacher's grade and comments attack both of those. Has the teacher Ryleigh's parents have a point, or is it time to send our teachers back to class to refresh their knowledge of the meaning of our Constitution?
Host Kyle Haggerty and Guest Co- Host Spruce Dickerson interview Denise Williams who is a proud Atheist and dislikes that pageants give her a hard time for her beliefs. Does a titleholder lose their Constitutional Rights when she becomes a titleholder?

The Parents at "LEAVING FOOTPRINTS" had little to none prior interest in the law or politics. However, as they felt that their RIGHTS of equal shared parenting was being frustrated by the "Family" Courts, many took an interest in family law, including child custody and child support and visitation.
Thom Kaufold Aka..Thommy Noodlez President and Founder of "LEAVING FOOTPRINTS" will be leaving his Footprint in this movement.
The umbrella of these issues covers Fathers, Mothers, Children, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Step Children , and the list goes on.
The pain of Separated FAMILIES dont discriminate We need to come together and become a Family. (One the courts can't Break up)
Are our Constitution and Constitutional rights being violated by the government? Can we stop it if it is? Should we?
One man claims that the best way to deal with this madness is by scrapping the idea of steadfast adherence to the Constitution altogether. Louis Michael Seidman is a professor of law at Georgetown University. Last year, his book on Constitutional Disobedience made serious waves.
Its title really does explain why that was.
Professor Seidman joins us for a frank discussion about his legal philosophy on the next episode of Cotto & Company; a new thirty-minute-or-so online radio program featuring independent voices who shape our society. Regardless of partisan registration, political philosophy, or personal worldview, the goal is sharing diverse, and often innovative, ideas that we all can learn from.
Joseph Cotto, a nationally syndicated columnist, seeks to bring about a deeper understading of the issues that impact oursociety - from politics to socially acceptable behaviour, which are often not one and the same. On Cotto & Co. your host seeks out the deep thinker you may not be aware of, and asks them to explain the complexities of the world around.
Joseph Cotto beleives that we may not always agree, but we should be able to see eye to eye.
Join Doctor-Attorney and author Mayer Eisenstein and Vaccine Rights Attorney Alan Phillips as they discuss recent enterovirus D68 outbreaks in children with asthma and the possible relationship between this virus and vaccines; how vaccines cause illness; why pediatricians fail to see the profound difference in health between vaccinated and unvaccinated kids; why Dr. Eisenstein's family practice is able to care for four times as many families as the average doctor; why the administration of influenza vaccines has increased substantially in recent years, and the corresponding increase in influenza vaccine injuries, influenza vaccine deaths, and payouts from the federal government's vaccine injury compensation program; what healthcare workers can do when required, in order to get a workplace exemption, to sign a form agreeing to vaccine propaganda that they know isn't true; how vaccines can cause serious heart problems leading to death; and more!

This is the first in a series of episodes about what America has become and why. This is an effort to put the pieces together and honestly point out the problems that have led America back to a time of lawlessness and tyranny. Through these episodes, we will not only point out the problems, and the people that cause them but will also explore real solutions, if there are any to be had. Please join in the conversation and be a part of the process.
Sam Thurman, Dennis Merritt and Wayne Wright of the Colorado exoneration firm A Just Cause, discuss what happens when the wheels of justice trample unbridled over the rights of innocent Americans.
Although the American system of justice is the most-respected worldwide, it is still a system designed, and operated, by humans, which means it's not perfect. Sam, Dennis, and Wayne will highlight ongoing struggles against "the system" to free wrongfully imprisoned people, and what happens when justice miscarries against an actually innocent person.
Our Special Guests for tonight are Author, Activist, Gina McGill, Retired, Federal Judge Mary Bullock, and Documentarist, Mike Riley. They will all share their thoughts on why American citizens needs to be more involved in fighting for Human and Civil Rights.
A Just Cause is currently campaigning for "FreeTheIRP6," who's been wrongly imprisoned in Florence, CO for a crime they didn't commit. Read full story: www.freetheirp6.org.

On the October 1, 2014 episode of Liberal Dan Radio:
It has been revealed that in Louisiana a person who has been raped will be forced to pay for services received as part of a rape kit because many of the public hospitals have been privatized. I will discuss why this is wrong and why people shouldn't be surprised Louisiana is doing this.
A pair of teachers have been charged with Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile after a football game. The teachers work for Destrehan High School and had sex with the male 4 days before his 17th birthday. Certain conservatives, especially so called "Men's RIghts Advocates" are up in arms about the double standard. I will go over why their fears are often unfounded and why they fight the people they need to be working with to end double standards.
Finally, California passed a "Yes Means Yes" law that places certain requirements on universities. Men's rights groups are also up in arms about this law as well. I will explain why they are so very wrong in their criticisms of the law and where the criticisms should take place.
