"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we will be answering client complaints on THE DEBT SHOW to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on THE DEBT SHOW!
We hope you enjoy THE DEBT SHOW...

An eight-year-old student participated in a class essay assignment, and followed the instructions to the core: write about someone you believe is your hero. Very intelligent second-grader Ryleigh Watts of the Cerro Gordo Elementary School in Columbus County, NC did so indeed. She wrote about the person she felt was the biggest hero in her life...Jesus Christ. For her efforts, she received her essay back, marked with a big red "F" and a comment that read, "Remove Jesus, please". Ryleigh Watts parents' are taking action and fighting the school to protect their daughter's constitutional rights to free speech and religious beliefs--stating that the teacher's grade and comments attack both of those. Has the teacher Ryleigh's parents have a point, or is it time to send our teachers back to class to refresh their knowledge of the meaning of our Constitution?
Host Kyle Haggerty and Guest Co- Host Spruce Dickerson interview Denise Williams who is a proud Atheist and dislikes that pageants give her a hard time for her beliefs. Does a titleholder lose their Constitutional Rights when she becomes a titleholder?
Join Doctor-Attorney Mayer Eisenstein and Vaccine Rights Attorney Alan Phillips as they discuss school exemptions; Ebola vaccine conspiracy theories, including an alleged CDC whistleblower's claim that Ebola vaccines will contain RFID chips to control citizens, and a Liberian scientist's claim that the US is Responsible for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa in connection with research in Sierra Leone that studied "viral fever bioterrorism"; a 1995 medical study that demonstrated lethal Ebola infection via an aerosolized Ebola virus; a caller's concerns about Catholic schools in Florida that are refusing to allow vaccine religious exemptions despite the law clearly requiring them to allow religious exemptions; problems with Catholic and Jewish Orthodox schools' refusal of parents' requests for vaccine religious exemptions in Chicago and around the U.S.; instances in which Constitutional rights are being eroded concerning vaccines; and more!
JUSTICE is the constant and perpetual disposition to render every man his due. It is the proper administration of the law; the fair and equitable treatment of all individuals under the law. Justice is also a title given to certain judges, such as federal and state supreme court judges. Justice is 1) fairness, 2) moral rightness, 3) a scheme or system of law in which every person receives his/her/its due from the system, including all rights, both natural and legal. One problem is that attorneys, judges, and legislatures often get caught up more in procedure than in achieving justice for all.

At "Human Rights Demand," we believe that justice is unlikely to happen where lawmakers and justice officials have a conflict of interest. Demand the resignations of lawmakers, judges, public defenders, prosecutors, Justice Department personnel and everyone else on the public's payroll if they are also PRISON INVESTORS. That is the only way to decriminalize mental illness, eliminate mass incarceration, and restore justice to our courtrooms. Tell public employees to DIVEST OR RESIGN. We must rid our government of everyone whose stock portfolios perform best with mass incarceration, wars, and when environmental concerns are ignored. Ask your congressional representative to introduce a bill that prohibits all lawmakers and other public officials and their spouses from earning prison profits. Pass such a bill, and we will see positive Change in the justice system. Only when prison investors can no longer write laws, represent and prosecute defendants, or preside over criminal cases will any semblance of justice arrive in U.S. courts.
"No man can serve two masters [his constituents and his stock portfolio]: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other" - Matt. 6:24.

Are we jealous enough to defend liberty? Shane Krauser, the host of Liberty Storm, talks about just that during this episode. Shane covers the following:
1. What makes up a constitutional cause of action? When can a person make a claim that his rights are being violated? This is feisty conversation.
2. What are the similarities between the King George III and what's going on today? You just may be amazed.
3. Washington, D.C. enacts another unconstitutional carry law to replace its former unconstitutional law struck down in Palmer.

Johnny Strozier Keeping It Real features our host, a man who was incarcerated in Georgia prisons for 46 years, 15 of them in solitary confinement - from 1968 to 2013. Call-in at (347) 857-3293 Fridays between 6:30pm and 8:30 pm EDT. Strozier was initially arrested at age 6, when he and friends broke into an Atlanta warehouse to steal cigarettes for family members and candy. He was incarcerated at age 10. His sentence was lengthened to 90 years after cutting a prison guard as a teenager in an adult facility. Strozier's warden told him he would die in prison, but he did not. Strozier changed. Strozier became a Christian in the 1980s, then graduated from high school, became a certified cook and brick mason, and got married while still behind bars. Prison officials and the State Board of Pardons and Paroles recognized the change in Strozier and eventually paroled him. Since prison release, Strozier works, counsels youths, and attends church regularly. Strozier has many interesting stories to tell that inspire youths to avoid incarceration and motivate released prisoners not to recidivate. Email Johnny Strozier at JohnnyR.Strozier@gmail.com
Hear Strozier's debut broadcast of June 3, 2014, archived at Blogtalkradio for access any day or time.
BOB DARBY AND LYNN EAGLE FEATHER, ADVOCATES FOR THE HOMELESS MENTALLY ILL - Thursdays, 3pmEST ~ Please call to speak on air at (347) 857-3293 for all broadcasts at "Human Rights Demand."
Darby studied in psychology and theology in graduate school. Darby has been an advocate for the homeless mentally ill for more than twenty years. He has a B.A. in psychology from Emory University. He is a former employee of Georgia Regional Hospital, Boston State Hospital, and New Hampshire's Hanover-Darthmouth Hospital. In 1994, he co-founded Atlanta Food Not Bombs. Lynn Eagle Feather is an elder in the Lakota Nation. She discusses homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction and its causes and effects among Native Americans and others. Eagle Feather has been a human rights advocate for over 10 years and was herself a homeless person at one point in her life.
Use this link to contact your officials http://www.usa.gov/Contact/Elected.shtml . Darby and Eagle Feather explain that many poor people and those with serious mental illnesses and addictions are deliberately rendered homeless in the United States of America. Sick people are deprived of psychiatric and medical health care services that would help them avoid imprisonment and harm while our communities are less safe than they could be. This is unacceptable. Voters should petition elected officials to improve treatment and subsistence opportunities. Contact Mary Neal, station director, at MaryLovesJustice@gmail.com or call 678.531.0262.
