Computer America - BitCoinComic ; VTech!

    in Technology

    Computer America

First Hour: BitcoinComic.  Bitcoin is making giant strides throughout the world. Satoshi Nakamoto, its creator, continues as an enigmatic and cryptographic figure. Nonetheless, rumors surrounding his potential wealth have not gone unnoticed by the mafia. He has also popped up on the radar of the secret services. In fact, NSA agents have been searching for him for some time now. The opportunities that this crypto-currency has opened up within the financial markets have turned Nakamoto into a hero admired in more and more places near and far. His fans would go to great lengths to protect and defend him. For many, simply managing monetary transactions and issuing bitcoins without the involvement of intermediaries as well as carrying out transactions collectively online are factors which promote values for a freer world: In hope for a better world. Joining us is Alex Preukschat, the Graphic novel author of BitcoinComic.org.

Second Hour: Joining us to discuss the latest technology in home phones is VTech. We'll be taking a close look at some of their newest models including their newest TL86103!

This Is How God is Like Your Computer

    in Spirituality

Have you noticed the way your computer seems to anticipate your every desire? If you search online for a certain kind of shoes, all day long, all week long, every time you open an internet site, there's a little picture of those shoes with an easy button to click to buy them. How does that happen? It's a wonderful metaphor for the way the Divine works in our lives through prayer. If you've ever wanted a little 101 on prayer--and prayer outside of the box--this is the show to listen to.

The Ever Shrinking Personal Computer - How Small Can They Go

    in Internet

Being a sci-fi buff, I thing about technology a lot. I  imagine how it will affect our lives, what will it mean for business, commerce, education, travel and yes watching your favorite sci-fi video episode. Well recently my eye was caught by a head line that read, “HP Launches Stream Mini and Pavilion Mini Affordable Compact PCs”. These computers are small, they can fit on the palm of your hand. I immediately sent a picture of the computer to my partner Carl Weiss with the subject line saying "that soon we will be able to make anything a smart devices". Carl wrote me back saying he’s got Topper wear bigger than this new PC. And this bring up the most important question. Just how small can functional computer go in the next five year? Peppermint box size? Match box size? Button size? In this article I will explore the ever shrinking personal computer, how they will be used and where they will take us. So strap yourself in and turn on "Honey I Shrunk the Kids", so that you and I can find the limits (if any) to the ever shrinking personal computer.

  • DON'T LEAVE US ALONE: THE POWER OF TRANSFORMING GRACE

    in Culture

What does it mean to judge? "Stop judging me…” is a popular cry of many in today's society...especially among today's 21st Century "christians"...nevertheless...the Word of God says "to be TRANSFORMED"? We come to Jesus THE WAY WE ARE...BUT...He has made it possible for us NOT TO STAY THE WAY WE ARE. That's GRACE…That’s "TRANSFORMATION". What does it REALLY MEAN to be a CHRISTIAN in the 21st Century? Is it really possible to live the way the BIBLE SAYS live? Does God care if we continue in sin after we're saved? What are God's expectations for us?  Can I be a church-goer and still have demons inside of me? Join us as we continue our next level of WHAT DID GOD REALLY SAY Blogtalkradio Series, “DON'T LEAVE US ALONE: THE POWER OF TRANSFORMING GRACE”. Tuesdays @ 8:30pCT. Listen on your phone by Dialing 1-347-857-2908 or Listen Online on your computer at www.blogtalkradio.com/kingdombread
