Hear perspective on the latest win for the planners of Common Core. In the world's eye--it is a win but unfortunately for people in power it may result in the pathway to hell. The Founding Fathers believed in Heaven and Hell but many modern leaders do not. They must think they are smarter than the Founding Fathers. Hear what in reality is being done with the noose called Common Core Standards Initiative or College and Career Readiness by which any other name is truly a noose for the supporters.

Do a fitness assessment to determine your base line fitness level and then work up a fitness plan to help you reach their goals and achieve results. (Each time you have a long layoff, it's like starting from the beginning.)
Some folks got a jumpstart by fasting and cleansing during Lent, which was great, now it's time to MOVE! Here's the prescription and challenge -- 30 minutes a day of exercises (you choose) 6 days a week.

James L. Bailey is interviewed as the author of the Contrast Community which is an intense discovery of the Sermon on the Mount and it's meaning. It deals with the beattitudes which appeals to those who have emptiness and desire mercy to those who have fullness and can give. He approaches the book as a tool for the church to use a transformative power to minister to the external world by employing lessons Jesus gave like turning the other cheek, giving the cloak off your back, walking the extra mile for someone. The church can use these basic precepts as an effective ministry to help those who are suffering in their local community. He also explains the difference of believers in the 1st Century church who were rabbinical Jews, Pharisees, Gentiles and how Jewish converts had to deal with critics to come full circle in the Judeo-Christian belief and accept the Messiah.
