"the daily complaint"
Every weekday we will be answering client complaints on THE DEBT SHOW to provide direction and resources for both the person complaining as well as other consumers experiencing similar issues whether it be mortgage fraud, loan servicing escrow issues, loan modification runarounds or denials, short sale refusals, deed in lieu negotiations and credit card debt collector abuses and fraud violations.
I routinely look for posts to answer in hopes that it will not only bring optimism to those homeowners and borrowers in distress but also some basic information to assist in fighting the banks that are "too big to fail" like Bank of America and Citi but yet don't appreciate the bailout that we provided in their time of need. The debt collectors like Ocwen and Nationstar are simply just scumbags but they can be beat at their own game too just like the big banks can be defeated.
We are committed to answering consumer complaints and addressing everyday credit and debt issues on THE DEBT SHOW!
We hope you enjoy THE DEBT SHOW...

Oath Keepers: is a non-partisan association of current and formerly serving military, police, and first responders who pledge to “defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” That oath, mandated by Article VI of the Constitution itself, is to the Constitution, not to the politicians, and Oath Keepers declare that they will not obey unconstitutional orders, such as orders to disarm the American people, to conduct warrantless searches, or to detain Americans as “enemy combatants” in violation of their ancient right to jury trial
Stewart Rhodes: Stewart served as a paratrooper in a long range Airborne scout company. After the Army, graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Nevada where his honor thesis focused on the political theory of James Madison. Graduated from Yale Law School in where his paper “Solving the Puzzle of Enemy Combatant Status” won Yale’s Judge William E. Miller Prize for best paper on the Bill of Rights. He assisted teaching U.S. military history at Yale’s History Department, was a Yale Research Scholar, and is now writing a book on the dangers of applying the laws of war to the American people.
Stewart was invited to speak at Stanford University on unlawful enemy combatant status, and teaches classes on the Constitution and Bill of Rights. He currently writes articles on the Bill of Rights for S.W.A.T. Magazine, and has written for The Warrior, the journal of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College; for www.moreliberty.org; and for Jews for the Preservation of Firearms Ownership, and for his own Dirt Rhodes Scholar blog
He has appeared on dozens of nationally syndicated radio shows, on scores of local radio shows across the country, and has appeared on MSNBC’s Hardball with Chris Matthews, on Fox News’ The Factor with Bill O’Reilly, and on CNN Special Reports.

Though their widespread use has only been commonplace for approximately a decade, it’s hard to imagine a world without mobile devices. With drastic and exponential increases in technology, a high majority of people in every developed nation own and use a cell phone daily. And the number of these using smartphones such as Apple’s iPhone and Samsung’s Galaxy, is increasing daily. But for all of the conveniences afford to us by these technological marvels, little has been said about their potential dangers.
One area of concern is the rise of EMFs created by the use and support of wireless devices. An EMF, or electromagnetic field, is a physical field produced by electrically charged objects. Even an object as innocuous as your cell phone gives off an EMF, and their dangers are still being researched and decided, as dozens of high-profile lawsuits over brain tumors as results of extended cell phone use are finally going to trial after decades of delays.
This week Dr. Hildy welcomes Curtis Bennett of Thermoguy.com to discuss the prevalence of EMFs and smart meter grids and their potential hazards. MUCH MORE>>>>>>

In 99% of real estate and insurance brokerages I have every worked over the last 15 years, these are the training areas agents needed to improve producer sales and success rates:
Understanding what a business is
Some important economic topics
The definition of capitalism
The difference between marketing and advertising
Prospecting friends, family and strangers
Measuring contacts to prospects to sales ratios
Building rapport with prospects
Interviewing prospects and trial closes
Working as a consultant, not a salesperson
Discussing experiences and concerns with prospects
Understanding how to let prospects close themselves
Brokerages which lacked these traiing topics typically see high turnover because most producers are transitioning from W2 employment and have never owned businesses until they passed state real estate and insurance exams.
High turnover leads to:
Producers never learning the industry
Producers bouncing from office to office
Slow brokerage practice growth
Increasing commissions to attract and retain producers
Real estate brokers and insurance managers interested in reducing high turnover should contact 321SetAppointments.com for information to boost producer productivity.
