Does my Child Support Cover Daycare Expenses?

    in Legal

Illinois orders for child support do not cover every expense that your child will incur. How can that be? What if I have my checks garnished each and every time, why and how could I be expected to pay more? People have to be very careful about this and expectations need to be calibrated to be in tune with the Illinois Courts. This podcast will detail how the judges in Illinois go about making decisions into what expenses the non-custodial parent will have to make in addition to child support. Attorney Pequeno will describe what sorts of debts may be incurred and how the court determines amounts that have to be paid for this.

LIVE! with Cathi---When is too much of a GOOD THING too much!

    in Fitness

WHEN IS TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING TOO MUCH!

Even the most nutritious foods should be CONSUMED in MODERATION!

Finding the right balance is not too difficult if you are aware that foods no matter how healthy they are are loaded with CALORIES.  Even if they're QUALITY CALORIES, those CALORIES ADD UP if your portion gets too big.  Rememver, if you overdo any one food, you leave less room for other foods that provide a different mix of nutrients.

AH, the benefits of foods like tomatoes, avocados and fish, but overdoing it on these healthy foods are actually detrimental.

    Finding the right balance...

    STAY TUNED...

OLIVE OIL...lowers risks of heart disease...etc.

    AVOCADO...helps to reduce bad cholesterol...etc.

Choose foods that provide a different mix...etc.

    NUTS, get a different mix...etc.

    LARGE FISH, TUNA...etc.

Meet Author Aria Craig: Raised in a south suburb of Chicago with two siblings by a single mother, Aria Craig lived a life full of successes and challenges  - from the zeal to strive, receive higher education, and succeed to being bullied, sexual abused and fatherless. While learning from her mom's experiences, she chose to make wiser decisions once becoming a single parent in her early 20's. Aria was determined to excel against stigmas and stereotypes.
