Your host, Viyahta, is back from a week long retreat in Nosara, Costa Rica. What a healing and enlightening experience can occur when we are open to explore, embrace and release fears of the unknown. This podcast will introduce you to the sounds of Costa Rica, specifically the Howler Monkey, and learn of some special purposes of the humming bird. Many Americans are unfamiliar with the country of Central America so this is an opportunity to learn about the location and the creatures that dwell there.
We’ll be going back in time to 2009 when our mobile-based citizen journalism experiment in Guatemala was launched – when the clock started ticking for our idea and we entered a changing information ecosystem in Central America. We’ll be asking ourselves: What did we do right? Where did we go wrong? What would we change if we could go back in time? Were we, just like Doc, ahead of our time?

Our school will not charge for tuition nor require any payment from our Veterans and Interns.

In order to understand what it means to live in a Republic, one must first understand the difference between the terms "The People" and "the public."
