These collaborations and affiliations has supported her in becoming a voice for foster children who are the seriously silenced victims, due to the administration and misrepresentation of so-called “medications” (psychotropic drugs) that serve as nothing more than chemical restraints.

Continuing our coordination with Citizens Commission on Human Rights (CCHR) we are pleased to have Dr. Linda Lagemann as our guest this evening.  We will also be discussing the recent passage of a bill in New Mexico to protect children from forced drugging and to prevent CPS from abducting a child from their home because parents refused to drug their child.

She has been interviewed on radio stations across the country and internationally and has been featured in two documentaries.

Rev. Rosemary Dalton: Son Taken Away at the Hospital Emergency Room

    in Politics Progressive

Rev. Rosemary Dalton at age 19 and her husband at the age of 17 took their 2 year old son to the hospital like any normal parent would when they noticed something wrong with their child. The following story is fact, and gives a clear picture of what could happen on any given day, time, or place when a mandated reporter makes that call to CPS forcing a parent into the beginning of their own personal nightmare.

At the time Rev. Rosemary took her son to St Vincent DePaul hospital in Bridgeton, Missouri she had two children; her son two and her other child 9 months; her child was complaining of his arm hurting and they could not touch it. Upon getting to the hospital Rev. Rosemary (not ordained yet) found out that her 2 year old son had a fractured arm. Upon the finding the fracture, the hospital called CPS, however; after informing the mother there was no investigation there was no calling the police; there was nothing, they just admitted the child to the hospital and told Rosemary she could not see her son, and that she had to “leave” the hospital and had her escorted off the hospital property. It can happen to you. Your child can be taken away, when you take them in, for medical care.

    BIO:

Ted Chabasinski is an attorney and human rights activist in Berkeley, California. In 1944, as a 6-year-old boy so intellectually gifted he jumped from first grade to third he was taken from his foster home in the Bronx to New York’s Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced “schizophrenic”, because his mother had been labelled “schizophrenic”. There he began a series of 20 electro-convulsive shock treatments. The boy, Ted Chabasinski, was one of hundreds of children used in ECT experiments. Tests since condemned as barbaric. He remained an inmate in a state psychiatric hospital until the age of seventeen. Chabasinski survived and became active in the civil rights movement and ultimately an attorney.

In January 2007 Chabasinski acted as the attorney for the late psychiatric survivor activist and author Judi Chamberlain, the medical journalist and author of Mad in America and Anatomy of an Epidemic, Robert Whitaker, and the director of MindFreedom International David Oaks in opposing a motion by Eli Lilly to extend an injunction to conceal documents that revealed that the company had known for the previous decade of the potentially lethal effects of Zyprexa ( an antipsychotic )and had engaged in an illegal off-label marketing campaign.

As a patients’ rights lawyer, Chabasinski continues to champion human rights, and writes, speaks, and blogs on issues of individual rights and freedoms.

Most recently, he has organized an International Day of Protest Against Shock Treatment, being held on May 16, 2015. There will be demonstrations in many countries and cities around the world.
