RON MARCH....CASTLE DOCTRINE AND STAND YOUR GROUND LAW
The Castle Doctrine and “stand-your-ground” laws are affirmative defenses for individuals charged with criminal homicide. The Castle Doctrine is a common law doctrine stating that an individual has no duty to retreat when in his or her home, or “castle,” and may use reasonable force, including deadly force, to defend his or her property, person, or another. Outside of the “castle,” however, an individual has a duty to retreat, if able to do so, before using reasonable force. Stand-your-ground laws, by comparison, remove the common law requirement to retreat outside of one's “castle,” allowing an individual to use force in self-defense when there is reasonable belief of a threat. Deadly force is reasonable under stand-your-ground laws in certain circumstances, such as imminent great bodily harm or death.
Indiana recently passed a law holing up the American citizen's legal right to use lethal force to defend themselves against unlawful police aggression, brutality, trespass, kidnapping and a host of other transgressions.
In light of the apparent genocide that is taking place when it comes to the police murdering people of color, is this law necessary nationwide or is it the harbinger of civil war on an epic scale? Is it just?

The Castle Doctrine, Stand Your Ground and Make My Day Laws are a legal rule under which a person protecting his or her property (such as home or place of business) may stand his or her ground (instead of retreating) and apply deadly force against an intruder (or an invited guest) who intends to commit an armed robbery and/or inflict serious bodily harm upon the person or upon those in the property. Based on the 'a man's home is his castle' principle of equity. However, when someone misuses these laws isn't the incident really murder, as in the case of Trayvon Martin.

On November 14, 2007 Joe Horn shot and killed two burglars in Pasadena, Texas. He should receive the highest award that our nation has to offer to a civilian. The Presidential Medal of Freedom should be awarded to him for shooting the criminal filth from South of the Border, who unlawfully entered our nation to commit crimes against U.S. Citizens. On second thought, considering that the past recipients of our Nation's Highest Award for a Civilian has been given to worthless niggers, traitors, terrorists, and filthy jews, maybe we should give a pass on that recommendation. I doubt Joe would accept the award anyway, especially from a degenerate of unknown origin and loyalties. Instead, I will honor Joe Horn on tonight's episode.
