Its a shame that we're all too familiar with this term, isn't it? It's a damn shame, but it's true. We've all been there and done that.
We're going to let you in on a secret - seemingly, a BIG secret! There are more signs to burnout than we recognize and there are ways to avoid it AND to handle it. The very LAST thing you need is a drug to take for it. Yikes! And you don't need to leave every situation that burns you out. There are things that you can do, all by yourself, to change back into your enthusiastic self and enjoy your life, your work, and anything else you once found fancinating, but now brings you nothing but dread.
