SORT BY Relevancy
Relative to promoting your brand, your company, your product, or yourself, the power of an effectively press release strategy should never be understated. When it comes to your advertising processes, you can have two choices: (1) Paid advertising (radio, TV, newspaper, magazine, banner ads, per-per-click campaigns, etc.) and (2) Earned media (no cost promotion model). The practice of press releasing can score you and your brand market awareness, interest, and demand while scoring you influence and credibility without ever having to write a check or swipe a credit card. Crafting and distributing a results-driven press release can score you and your brand residual profits time and again. How do you go about exploiting "press releasing time 10?" That is our focus on this edition of, “The Strategist Radio LIVE.”

Why Telling the Better Story Pays Higher Returns
Join the Young Media Critics...voices of the future as they continue to learn the Language of Persuasion, Part 2. Learning the language of persuasion is an important media literacy skill. Once you know how media messages try to persuade you to believe or do something, you’ll be better able to make your own decisions.
Advertising is the easiest starting point: most ads are relatively simple in structure, easily available, and in their original format. Media literacy beginners are encouraged to learn the language of persuasion by examining ads. Keep in mind that many media messages, such as television commercials, use several techniques simultaneously. Others selectively employ one or two.
The Young Media Critics will share the next group of techniques classified as intermediate: The Big Lie, Charisma, Euphemism, Flattery, Name Calling, Slippery Slope just to name a few.
Tune in Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 5 pm. (EST) and catch up on The Language of Persuasion!

Since no one from the staff can be at media days we go out of our way to pick who we would like to talk to the most from players and coaches. We give legitimate questions as well some off the all one's, too.
