    We'll talk with Jessica Miller-Merrell about how social media has changed hiring and HR, as well as business and life, in general.  Jessica recently moved with her husband and daughter, from Moore, OK to the Bay Area in Northern California as her work in content development and innovative social branding and marketing strategies has increased and the timing was right.  

    There is a considerable amount of change with a cross-country move, as well as a career change from corporate hiring and HR to strategy development. There have been plenty of fresh starts.
