All across America millions of families are feeling the crunch financially to make ends meet and survive during the slow economic recovery. Many job seekers have stopped looking for work and have resigned to not finding gainful employment. Major corporations have found it more profitable to do more with less and have chosen not to hire back those workers that were laid-off at the height of the recession. And although the nations unemployment rate has dropped, there are still millions of Americans who are still out of work. Adding to that is the rising income inequality. The disparity in income between blacks and their white counterparts continues to grow. According to a census report, blacks make 60 percent of that of whites, and in a scale of the median household income, blacks ranked last. So how can African American's compete in todays global economy? To help me answer that question,

WALL STREET. One of the most recognized street in America. It is one of the most powerful second only to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Yet, on this block American American businesses are few and far between. The number of black businesses that trade on Wall Street pale in comparison to those of white businesses. And yet, African American's have a $1.2 Trillion buying power. Why are so few companies trading on the NASDAQ, American Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange? How can we change that in the 21st Century?
The Millennium Generation has quickly woven themselves into the spotlight in almost every aspect of our culture. From business, science, and entertainment, to technology, sports, and government; they have made an impact on what our future will look like. This generation has caused many of us to rethink our perspectives, learn new technology, and accept differences. My guest tonight is one of those millennials. Rep. Jeramey Anderson the youngest person ever elected to the Mississippi State Legislature. Jeramey at 21yrs, a college senior, saw an opportunity to run for office against a political veteran, the former Mayor of his hometown, Moss Point, MS. That opportunity turned into Jeramey receiving 61% of the vote to crush the party favorite. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from the next generation of political leaders. Jeramey is an inspiration to what we can produce when we give our young men the encouragement and foundation to always believe in themselves. Join me Tuesday, December 24, 2013 at 7:00pm for an interview with this young man who has made history in a state that has continually seen minorities as a threat to their future. Please join me in welcoming this young man into the political arena. Let’s encourage him to follow his dreams and stay on the right path of success. The most controversial figure in adult entertainment presents a no holds barred discussion about the future of the business. Rob's insight is spawned from having grown up around the adult biz, as his father owned several adult bookstores throughout Western New York.
Rob was the owner of Extreme Associates, which was at the time considered an outlaw in the biz because of its edgy content. Such fare is commonplace now.
Rob and his wife Lizzy Borden paid an extreme price for innovating adult, as both spent a year in prison on federal obscenity charges.
Rob also owned XPW - Xtreme Pro Wresting, which was one of the top wrestling organizations in the world, with a weekly national TV show, employing such superstars as Shane Douglas, X-Pac, Sabu and the late Chris Candido. XPW folded in 2003 after Extreme was indicted.
