    in Radio

Every once in a while a formidable and extraordinary talent impacts the gospel music industry who leaves an indelible impression.  A. V. Mitchell, a compelling national recording artist, is one of those rapidly expanding artist who has done just that!  What a supersized talent the Lord has given to the industry!  His gifts and talents continue to revolutionize the gospel music.  Moreover, he has provided inevitable proof of his great talents and an even greater future especially on his current project “Dream Chasers”which features the incredible single “Breaking The Limits.” Mitchell is a native of St. Francisville, Louisiana (a town situated near Baton Rouge, Louisiana).  He was born with a keen melodic intrinsic distinctive steeped in the fertile roots of the church.  During the course ofhis developmental years he wrote poetry, yet, he did not seriouslycontemplate converting his poetry to music.  Alternatively, during hisearly twenties he decidedly converted his poetry to music.  God’s favor rested upon him in phenomenal measure during this season of his life. That was then! One will readily note, Mitchell’s vast reservoir of musical uniquenesscreates a compelling personalized harmonic blend. This influentialnational gospel artist and sensational musical virtuoso demonstrates these incredible qualities on his current authentic masterpiece “Dream Chasers.” He encountered the eerie and real world experiences in the tough terrain of the urban jungle in the state of Louisiana.

    Hard Starboard Radio: Lynch Mob

    in Politics Conservative

The Republican Party should welcome Scott Walker's call for a closer examination of evidence for a rational legal immigration policy; Have cultural conservatives barely begun to fight, or will we even be allowed to?; C'mon, my Tea Party friends, did any of you really believe that Senate Republicans wouldn't cave on Loretta Lynch's A-G confirmation?; Why else would Eric "The Red" Holder, a reichsfuhrer who has shown contempt for the law, finally be leaving office?; Obama’s inverted Nixon Doctrine: anointing Iran the ruler and superpower of the Middle East; and the the jihad-genocide of the Armenians that Barack Obama will not speak turns one hundred today.

I was just thinking....I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!

    in Politics

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I am tired of the news of the day being another black man or woman is murdered. I'm tired of hearing the excuse that this is another case of a rouge cop, an over-zealous neighborhood watch person or the excuse of a system that needs to reform.

It's the same old "lone gunman theory" they have had us swallow for decades.

Can't we open our eyes and call it like it is? TERRORISM!

Yes, it is terrorism plan and simple and it doesn't matter if they are in a uniform and wear a badge or cary a flag and scream death of all infidels!

Then maybe we can get some funding and the military will fight for OUR freedom!

When a black person can't walk, drive, run or jog in any neighborhood without harrasment, inquisition, beating or murder then that's terrorism.

    Tell Me:

How is walking home from the store a death sentence?

When has running from the police been a death sentence?

When has speeding or talking too loud or questioning authority been a reason for our demise?

Since the frist black man and woman came over in the TransAtlantic slave trade we have been targeted for annhililation. Genocide is not just the act it is the idea and the plan then the the inmplimentation.

Genocide can be mass extermination like we witnessed in Rwanda or Armenia, or it can be a slow systematic elimination of a hateful and sadisitc society as we see in America.

I'm sick of it! We don't need to sit down and sing Kum-Ba-Yah we need to be proactive!

    What do you think?

    in Politics

Crimes against humanity I believe what Hitler done to the Jews was a crime against humanity. I believe was Saddam Hussein done to his people was a crime against humanity. I believe what the British done in Africa was a crime against humanity. I believe what Portugal done to the slaves was a crime against humanity. I believe what the Catholic Church done for the two shillings that they gaze to the slaves was a crime against humanity. I believe what the Khmer Rouge done in Vietnam was a crime against humanity, and I also believe what United States of America done to my ancestors was a crime against humanityHow can one expect for the black community to heal for all mistreatment that one on over the past 200 years. If we don't even talk about it or technology for as long as we keep pretending that nothing ever happened. And we all one this going to be no healing process for anonymous until the United States of America own up to his injustices the mistreatment of African-Americans a black folk there can be no healing as long as America thinking they're handing giving us something that can be no healing black folks have nothing to be ashamed of the be in this country will broadly against our will told where to live tour how we can be educated given no financial assistance whatsoever in at a minimum when they decided to give welfare black men were told that they cannot live with their families after coming from a society where the whole world was stacked against us. The K-N-O-W Show with Guest Rev. Larrye-Marie Heyl

    in Spirituality

This WEDNESDAY, March 25, 2014, at 7pm-8pm, C.S.T., The Know Show Welcomes, Rev. Larrye-Marie, Heyl, Minister of the  Center for Spiritual Living Southeast Louisiana, (CSLSELA) at 8772 Quarter Lake, Bldg 13, Baton Rouge, LA 70809, Baton Rouge, LA!

My guest on the Know Show this Wednesday from 7-8pm, C.S.T., is creating an awesome Spiritual Presence in Baton Rouge in a beautiful sanctuary nestled in an area that is more reminiscent of a quiet country retreat than a space within the concrete jungle and lends itself nicely to quiet walks amongst beautiful trees and meditation in the space between thoughts as music plays in the beautiful and cozy halls of the sanctuary and the heart space that is surrounded by quiet music, meditation and love.  I know that first hand because I was just there last week visiting and speaking to family and friends at that beautiful Center.  Rev. Larrye-Marie and I will discuss the importance of community, how to bridge the gap between the old thoughts and ways of yesterday and how to blend that with the new wine of spiritual awareness that requires that we all adapt to change and flow in the direction of the good that is waiting to materialize in our worlds and the worlds of those within our circle of influence, sometimes in spite of our differences, and at times as we embrace our differences.

You may join us by dialing in at 347.838.9142, and then pressing 1 if you have a question or a comment or as always you may join us on the world- wide- web at:

Additionally, please call in to ask your questions about the Centers for Spiritual Living (CSL) movement and to share your personal stories of how you have been helped by books, sermons and workshops by Ernest Holmes, Emmet Fox, Louise Hay, Joseph Murphy, Michael Beckwith, Maisha Hazzard, and so many, many more!!
