Auto Insurance Companies currently can ask Insurance Policyholders for anything they want in response to a claim being filed. Who would provide them with so much power and why? This opens the door for bad faith practices against insured. Is this main reason Policyholders are not being paid settlements and having to accept low-balled claim amounts? Policyholders need Insured Civil Rights Legislation Protection in order reign in the Wall Street power and control Insurers use to take advantage of Main Street.
Join me, ESTRA today in the discussion of Policyholder Protections Against Auto Insurance Companies.
What type of conversation can you expect to have with Auto Insurance Companies? What is the purpose of their questions? And what questions do you need to answer? It's important to start off on the right track when dealing with Auto Insurance Companies. ESTRA understands this and is ready to share her experience about talking with Auto Insurance Companies.
Most people seriously injured in a Car Accident have an uphill climb. They must face those with power, resources, and experience whom once thought were looking out for best interest. In fact, Auto Insurance Companies or Employer's Long-Term Disability Contractor typically spend a great deal of time reviewing records insured have given them access to as a good faith gesture.
Can people injured in a Car Wreck get justice in our Federal Court System when filing lawsuits against corporations? Join me, ESTRA in talkings about the process.
Save on Homeowners Insurance
1. Raise your deductible- the lower your deductible the higher your premium
Example: You had a fire in your home and the estimate for renovation is $15,000.00 and your deductible is $500 the insurance company would send you a check for $14,500.00
2. Bundle your insurances-like auto, home and life that may give you up to 15% discount
3. Ask for discount- Example: living near fire station, security system, deadbolt locks, history of being claims free, home renovations (new wiring, sensors that detect gas and water leaks and not smoking)
4. Shop around on a regular basis-sometimes staying with your current company gives loyalty rewards (insurancequotes.com and netquotes.com)
5. A high credit score

A growing trend is to build business by paying the sales team on performance.
Companies who need sales contract with independent sales reps (commission only sales reps) who represent the company's products or services. The independent sales representative is not an employee, but rather an independent contractor. The sales rep may represent multiple companies and products or services, usually within a very well-defined geography and industry.
Keeping your team engaged, selling, and happy is tough. Your team is probably not colocated, and they don't see you or each other that frequently. So how do you make sure they keep the spark alive? Here are 3 great ideas and one awful idea to do just that.
