Singer Betty Lewis and businessness woman Vicki Wesley and I will have a discussion about the importance of getting our Black Biblical history taught in the churches and in film. Making Noise about it; spreading the word. We will also discuss our lives... what we are doing and want to do to enlighten the Black community and enhance our lives. Finally, we will talk about putting together a team to strongly get the word out about Black history in the Bible; how to get funding to produce films about our great people of the Bible and secular history.... and a host of other rsubjects.
Tonight, we will be sharing a replay in honor of Black History month. Listen in to this very informative and candid conversation about how Jim Crow Laws still exist today. America is the most diversified country in the world, and yet, racism is still alive and well in this great country we call "land of the free".
Let's talk about the issue. Can this country learn to tune out the divisive rhetoric and unite together to Make A Difference? We would like to hear your thoughts. Tell us what you think in the comment section.

February is Black History month. As the month begins to move forward...I was recently asked a question of whether or not we are making in strides in expanding the knowledge base on Black History? Are we better or worse off than we have been in the past? Do we need to make changes...and, if so, what changes and how can they be made? With the current state of race relations in our society...is this even a feasible idea? If you have a perspective...call in and share!
So many audio issues, so I continue to try to figure out what the deal is and how I can be heard on The Right Voice. It's craziness, so I'm trying via my tablet hotspot.
I've tried other avenues, but it's still cutting up. I'm too through, so I must get it figured out. I wonder how successful it'll be by the time it's all said and done. I really wonder.
Folks will not tune in if they cannot understand what I'm saying. I wouldn't
Ket's try this
The wait is OVER….. The Dymonds Radio Show Premiere is tonight!
Topic of the Night is an open discussion about supporting black people when it counts.
For those new to the show let me explain what the Dymonds Radio Show is about….
The reason the Dymonds Radio Show was created is because we wanted to create a platform for young black people where we could enlighten, educate, empower and entertain our people. The purpose of this show is to give people a voice and a chance to express their opinions or concerns regarding the black community. So many black people feel as if they are not being heard and that their opinion doesnt matter but that is WRONG. I want young black people to feel unapolgetically black on a daily.
Tune into the show tonight as we kick back and enjoy our Friday night with a update on all great things the Dymonds has in store for our community.

On the last episode of Spartan Life Radio, we talked about the stupendous Black History Month (BMH) 2016 observance taking place at Norfolk State University. In this episode, we tracked down several faculty members who have created unique and interesting programming for this year's observance. Did you know that there's a connection between the famous Buffalo Soldiers of Virginia's history and the Philippines? We're going to talk to NSU's Dr. April T. Manalang, assistant professor in the Department of History and Interdisciplinary Studies, about her research into this "hidden" Virginia History and the program she's created for the Black History Month Celebration. Professor Anthony Stockard, director of the NSU Theatre Company, will discuss the encore performance of the award-winning play "The Brothers Size." The drama has won several awards and was recently presented at the Kennedy Center's American College Theatre Festival. "The Brothers Size" was also presented at last year's National Black Theatre Festival making it the most-awarded production in Norfolk State University history! And, last but certainly not least, Professor Carol Pretlow, NSU's resident political guru, who will round out our panel will discuss a BHM program involving students from the political science department. African American Perspectives on International Politics and Foreign Policy is a panel discussion on the topic from the student perspective.
Join us for what promises to be a spirited conversation.
In this installment of Comprehensive Planning at the BAIO, we will explore the depths of population forecasting and ensuring proper planning of adequate infrastructure in the context of nation building for Black Afrikan People across the diaspora. How much infrastructure will we need? What type of infrastructure will we need? And what is the projected population based on demand and interest in building a nation state? This will help the leaders plan and provide a basis for sustainability for citizens in our new nation. No nation plans to fail and we are no exception. In this episode we will go over the basics of forecasting, explain the location quotient theory as it relates to the basic and non basic sectors of an economy and we wll discuss case studies in funding modern infrastructure.
