    The State of Illinois is the largest contributor to the state’s nonprofit sector. In spite of the fact that the Illinois economy is in recovery, the state is experiencing a $4 billion budget gap for FY 2016. Reduction in tax receipts make it difficult for state and local governments to meet their obligations and address the growing need for social services. The inability of the State to pay nonprofits on time is one of the greatest threats to the viability of the nonprofit sector. The nonprofit sector accounted for 8% of the State’s workers and 8.7% of the Gross State Product in 2000 (Donors Forum 2003).

    WE WANT OUR LAND AND WE WANT AN INVESTIGATIVE COMMITEE OF THE UNITED NATIONS TO CITE THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT FOR GROSS HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS AGAINST FORMER CAPTIVES OF AFRICA. Forcing them to give us what was given to the Jews of Germany for the slaughter of German-Jews, REPARATIONS AND RESTITUTIONS.  All lands as declared by General Sherman in 'FIELD ORDER No. 15, and for the additional years of hate and murder all the Southern States as our home land.  These states are to be ours as a condition of the War Powers Act that gives the President the authorty to honor all treties and resolutions of war, as payment for winning the Civil War for the Union by the Colored Regiments of the Union Army!

    C.D. - Forgive & Forget: Figuring out the Response to the Savagery in SC

    So much to talk about this Saturday; the aftermath of the carnage in S. Carolina, and the SCOTUS decision on "marriage", both indications of how treacherous, cowardly and morally depleted this society has become.


    When should we forgive? Does God insist that we must forgive our enemies in all situations?


    Or, have black people become so spiritually pre-disposed to forgive white people over others, who do us harm?


    Is there a deep-rooted fear, that caused the family members of the slain, to not only forgive Dylann Roof, but declare that God has forgiven him”.


    Are the victims and families of those killed or maimed during the Boston Marathon justified in not forgiving the convicted bomber, despite his apology and asking Allah and them, for forgiveness?


    This Saturday's topic will have us all thinking about these deep-rooted and sometimes personal sentiments that come into play, when one is in the delicate position to forgive or not.


    I must say however, we are told in the Holy Qur'an, that forgiveness is a virtue (42:40). However, did the family members of the victims (SC), fail to consider proportionality?


    I note at the onset, that to be angry at Dylann Roof, for what he did, is NOT tantamount to hating him.


    And for those who’ve been in gross denial for the past 6 years (and counting, for some), I have three things to say:


    "I told you so".


    “Thank God for principled men like Clarence Thomas and the other three dissenters".


    "More than ever, our mettle and faith in our Lord, is being severely tested, so we must strive with a hardy striving, to effect real change to the social infrastructure that has imploded, right before our eyes”. 


    By the way, what's the real reason for all of ado about the Confederate Flag?

    The Late Late Shift with Steven - Episode 22 (The Listener Q&A Edition)

    How cool would it be to be Spider-Man? To do whatever a spider can? I wonder how literal that is? I mean, is dude ever trying to squeeze out a deuce and suddenly coat his toilet bowl with gross ass webbing? Would webbing clog up one's toilet? How the hell would you explain that to a plumber? 


    This episode will not be about the potential perils of pooping as Spider-Man. It very well may be about the hidden subculture of superhero plumbers, though. 


    Probably not. No telling what it'll be about, to be honest. That's what makes it fun. I hope you'll join me.

    JONATHAN SUGARFOOT MOFFETT : A Flame For L.O.V.E.

    Jonathan began playing on a marching snare drum at the tender age of six.  By the age of eight, he began playing school dances, talent shows, and house parties locally.  At age ten, Jonathan began playing in nightclubs with his two older brother’s band.  “They’d sneak me in through the back door and I’d play the gig till 1:00 or 2:00 am.  My parents said as long as I didn’t go by the bar, and my brothers watched me, it would be ok!  I’d get paid too!!  It was great”!! After about 3 years with his brother’s band, he joined another local group and showcased his gifts.  In the years that followed, from age 12 to 23, he performed locally with several prominent bands throughout the region and built up his reputation, which led to his stage name, “Sugarfoot”. Then in January 1979, Jonathan drove out and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his goals and aspirations.  After arriving in Los Angeles in January 1979, he was in contact with Jermaine Jackson and his brothers, and the groups, Undisputed Truth and New Birth.  Formal requests from these artists were considered but Jonathan decided to join, The Jacksons.  After just five weeks in Los Angeles, Jonathan embarked upon his first major tour with the Jackson Family in the spring of 1979.


    Jonathan was a success, and two more U.S. Tours with the Jackson’s followed in the winter of 1979 and the other in the Spring/Summer of 1981.  His career was off to an incredible start, 1982 was packed with two additional tours, one in the spring with Patti Austin and in the fall with the R&B funk group Cameo. The Jackson relationship again resumed for the massive 1984 Jacksons’ Victory Tour,which occupied the greater part of that year.

    The Pennsylvania Justice Project - A Wrongfully Accused Man's Story

    It has been about 2 years now, since I began to research and review the facts in the Timothy McEnany case — one of the worst miscarriages of justice in PA history, in my opinion. 


    McEnany was accused of murdering a Hummelstown woman in March, 1993; and despite mishandling and tampering at the crime scene by the victim’s family, gross errors and misrepresentations of so-called “expert witnesses”, and a litany of inconsistencies longer than your arm, McEnany was tried and found guilty of the crime he didn’t commit.

    In this episode, we'll talk about the (poorly) manufactured evidence against McEnany, and the gross inconsistencies in the Commonwealth's case against him. How was this abusrd evidence not challenged? 

    And be sure to tune into our next program, when we take a look at one of the reasons that might have happened... It's called Incentivised Injustice... and it's all too commonplace in Pennsylvania it seems!
