It's Paul, Tom and Jimmy in the seat tonight, as they tackle some big issues
- Net Neutrality is on the table. What is it? Why is it important?
- Al Sharpton found himself in some trouble
- Unions pissed off in Wisconsin?
How do you explain what is going on in this country when it comes to the issue we call "Racism"? How do we overcome the hatred, confussion, distrust, lies and exagerations that come into play whever the topic is addressed? Why do some people who "preach" unity, civil rights for all, a bonding of the American people at the same time encourages protests, riots, civil disobedience and unlawful violent actions?
This morning we are going to take a look at one of the most vocal and controversial people in America...Rev. Al Sharpton.
In addition, we will take a look at some of the day's news and political updates.
Join me this morning at 8AM-10AM "In the Pickle Barrel".
NOTE: There will be no broadcast from Chistmas Day-the holiday weeked. We will return and continue to continue our search on ways to get out of the
pickle barrel that we are in on Monday December 29th.
A different viewpoint on Black Leaders is spoken on by LanceScurv as well as the role that "The Reverend" Al Sharpton plays in the Black Community for the United States Government.
Scurv also rants about the loneliness that comes with being a revolutionary and the sacrifices that one must make in order to fulfill their destiny as one who walks in the revolutionary path.

In this episode we discuss revelations regarding Al Sharpton at one time being an informant for the FBI. According to TMZ Sharpton was instrumental in assisting law enforcement in bringing down the Genovese crime family. Sharpton has not denied his involvement however, his version of the events conflicts with other reports which include and are not limited to his being involved in an alleged cocaine deal, This revelation has sparked heated debate within the black community and has led many to defend Sharpton's version of the events. Joining us for tonight's discussion will be noted journalist and blogger Yvette Carnell of http://www.breaking brown.com and of http://www.yourblackworld.com
In our activist spotlight tonight, we will be speaking with Ms. Honey Dozier and Bonifacio Aleman, of Kentucky Jobs for Justice. We will be speaking with them about the current push to give ex-felons the opportunity for gainful employment in the city of Louisville, KY with the Ban the Box Movement.

You know Al Sharpton, the one that usually comes out from hiding anytime there is a national covered case. With all of the killings going on in Chicago, Al Sharptin has yet to go there and march, or ask the Justice Department to investigate. Why?
Can anyone with an any amount of common sense tell me how is Trayvon Martin's case more important than the hundreds or thousand of blacks boys in Chicago? Can any say media whore? Why are some black people so stupid that they can't see this bigot and race baitor for who he really is?
Jessie Jackson marched with Martin Luther King, Jr., yet today there are questions as to wherther Dr. King would take pride in what is going on in the black community. If Dr. King were alive today, would he be proud of the black community? How are Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton helping the black community today? Is Dr. King's "dream" still alive?
Ethan, Jimmy, and Tom are all back in another exciting week of FSR. Lots of topics to discuss. Lots.
- The vaccine debate is heating up in the GOP field. What the hell is that about?
- Budweiser Super Bowl commercial pissed a bunch of people off, including Jimmy.
- Christie loves perks of office; Scott Walker rises
- Ethan posted a blog. We discuss.
- Obamacare voted out
- Al Sharpton doesn't pay taxes
- Washington Post manners columnist says don't eat at Chik-Fil-A
- and more?
What is a revolution without the youth? Al Sharpton is moving into Chicago's Westside, why? What is his motive? Looking his recent and past says this is a fund raiser for those who want to keep the Status Quo.
What is his plan to deal with the negative image of Chicago's African community. What is a revolution without the youth? What is the plan for the youth?
Why isn't African immigration something Al and others talk about?
How and when will Al deal with the lack of things that build a community?
Jobs are not the answer but building industries that blacks can control is the solution. Creating an structure for the future is the best way and a job or modern day sharecropping is not..

I use to be one of the one's that listened to and was influenced by the words of Al Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson. I even voted for Al Sharpton, and worked on his campaign during his presidential bid. These race baitors made me feel like all of my "black" problems were because of the "white man".
I say to you this day...they are NOT!
