The Nevada State Democratic Convention & political cleavage amongst delegates

DON GALLIMORE, OUR CO HOST, WAS A STATE DELEGATE AT THE NEVADA STATE DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION IN VEGAS LAST WEEKEND.  HE HAS AN EYEWITNESS ACCOUNT.

There were many breaches in the procedural format that altered the outcome of the state democratic convention at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas last weekend.

The Bernie Sanders coalition was adamant about proper procedure being followed in counting the delegates.  Apparently, MS. Lange, the chair bypased a standing order to recount each delegate.

"There was a horrendous breakdown, where the leadership there in Nevada hijacked the process on the floor, created a tremendous amount of angst among people who were there attending the convention, who were supporters of Sen. Sanders, by ignoring the regular procedure and ramming through what they wanted to do," he said.
