The shadowed steps upon the U.S. (Isaiah to Hezekiah) & wisdom of Lincoln Chafee

Collectively, the United States, even if each person had a mission to exalt their neighbor and serve the community, would it be enough to change the course of human history?  Is Technology and ulterior motives so far out of hand that our individual commitment for a clean environment, the good of all man, salvaging each person can work within the system for a better country?  With split objectives of all levels of our nation, it still may not happen cooperatively.  Hezekiah was given a choice through Isaiah's prophecy to either move 10 steps forward or 10 steps back.  Follow the spiritual shadow to the ultimate direction of the United States.
