Josette Diaz is a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher (RMT) and includes Intuitive Coaching in her Reiki Practice. She has been practicing Reiki since 2006. All Certifications were accomplished over a period of time in a class setting.

In her previous career Josette worked at an Academic Medical Facility. After working in the Healthcare field for nearly 18 years, Josette was fortunate to have the opportunity to start a new career of being a full time parent, until she felt the calling to provide Reiki professionally.

Josette had never thought she would own her own business. Until…during a Hospital stay of a family member at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego; Josette was leaving the room after visiting and saw a sign that said “Reiki in Session” on a patient door.  She was floored!

At the time Josette started Reiki in 2006, there were minimal opportunities to provide Reiki on a volunteer basis. She took this as a literal sign to move forward and start her own professional Reiki practice. Once again, Reiki had shifted her life for the better.

The healing energy of Reiki, helps to open doors and guide you to where you are called to go. This is Josette’s belief, she is proof of the positive impact that can be profound if you are open to it and allow the Universal Life Force to guide you.

Coaching is a component of Guidance To Wellness that comes naturally to Josette.  With her extensive management background as well as years of professional training and class work, including the biggest teacher of all, life experiences, Josette is able to intuitively guide others in opening themselves up to hidden parts of themselves that are holding them back.
