This family court case has dragged on for its 11th year. Today, Dr. Wardner found out that he will be in contempt of court if he doesn't come up with an additional $43K in two weeks for yet another attorney to help further alienate him from his children. And after 2 years, the Family Evaluation the judge ordered, still sits somewhere in the court room and the current judge HAS NEVER READ IT. Will the lawyers or the judge take responsibility for having added 2 additional years to this travesty? Are attorneys and judges immune from prosecution when by ignoring a Family Evaluation, they further endanger children for an additional two years than when the report was prepared? Dr. Wardner and Jill Egizii discuss this heart breaking case.
