Angelica Harris was born in New York City into a diverse European family. With her love of writing ignited in high school, she majored in liberal arts and theatre at Hunter College. Harris interned at the Roundabout Theatre on Broadway in New York City and acted in community theatre, followed by a stint on the sci- soap Dark Shadows. Her passion for medieval history led her to write The Quest for Excalibur and Excalibur and the Holy Grail. In 2004, Angelica partnered with Corey Blake (Chairman of the Dream for Writers of the Round Table Inc., and Writers of the Round Table Press) to develop her third book, Excalibur Reclaims Her King, which is being adapted into a screenplay. Harris and Blake spoke about their work at the Virginia Reading Conference in 2006. In this book, Harris invented a Pagan language using the Druid language she studied from Celtic mythology to create the linguistics of the speech. She promises this book will be an adventure to her readers—both historically and magically! In addition to novels and dozens of articles and short stories, Angelica was commissioned in 2005 by the Titanic Museum in Florida and Nova Scotia to develop a historical piece for display in the museums. She is the Project Manager of the “Hall of Imagination,” a reading and fantasy room in a children’s store called “Frankie’s Playce” in Queens. Website: www.AngelicaHarris.com

Against Child Abuse - Interview with Amy Barth

Jeanine Swatton will interview Amy Barth. Amy Barth was abused as a child by a young boy in her neighborhood and as she grew older it led her to being abused again by a family friend and member of her Temple. Shortly after that ended she developed an eating disorder. It took her more than 20 years to face and find recovery. Today, she is the Founder of Safe Girls, Strong Girls (www.SafeGirlsStrongGirls.org) and Camp CADI (where young CSA "thrivers" come to share their stories, engage in art and music therapy and more...sometimes for free). She is the author of several books including the most recent "Annabelle's Secret", written for young girls to learn how to say no or to help those who have been victims thrive and find confidence and healing.

    Core Empowerment - Sarah Honeycutt

www.CoreEmpowerment.com Core Empowerment heals the inner self and replaces negative memories with positive ones. With over 30 years in the healing arts, Sarah Honeycutt has first-hand knowledge of how alternative therapies can be life changing. Her dedication to Core Empowerment and her perseverance in promoting this vital issue have become her life's mission. After many years of study and practice, Sarah has learned that emotions are at the root of most diseases and life issues. Core Empowerment allows people from all walks of life, to take charge of their lives by releasing their darkest fears. By looking at those painful, sometimes crippling emotions and rewriting the old scenes, you can release those old fears and become empowered, allowing the body to heal. It is Sarah's belief that people can be freed of old damaging and destructive inner messages, memories and become who they are supposed to be - truly happy and healthy. Psycho Cellular Re-patterning is a process that is based on a guided meditation technique in which you examine and correct internal error messages that may have created dysfunction or "dis-ease". The body will always strive for homeostasis. This technique allows people to become who they really want to be!
