The Lizard King in a Stolen World

During this episode of AHR, I want to give the listeners a brief review of two books: The Lizard King by Bryan Christy and A Stolen World by Jennie Erin Smith. Both books are a must-read for any herper who is interested in learning a little about some of the early history of the reptile industry, specifically reptile smuggling. Such exploits involve Ray and Mike Von Nostrand of Strictly Reptiles, the Asian animal dealer Anson Wong, the infamous Hank Molt and the well-known Tom Crutchfield.
