Getting your foot in the Door with Shatika Turner, Author of 'Fem's Playground'

On this episode of SWAG Radio, Yara Kaleemah will be talking with new author Shatika Turner, about what it takes to gain a fan base as a new author.

 Coined Mz. IllWitDaPen when she started her writing journey with life changing poetry, Shatika Turner has made the step into fiction writing. She hopes to inspire and motivate those that view her work. Her poetry book is titled, "The Ill Truth." Her motto, "I Write To Relate" is something that will shine through her work. Shatika Turner is currently signed to Alaina's Book Line and is the author of a urban fiction novel, A Fem's Playground, and a poetry book, The Ill Truth.
