Mrs. Kim worked as a procurement analyst (Small Business Specialist) at the U.S.. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) for 32 years. She provides support to the Agency for Healthcare Research & Quality (AHRQ), and also to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
Most recently, Ms. Kim received “Corporation for National & Community Service Award (GOLD) by President Obama, the United States of America, on March 10, 2013.
