Martha Austin is a trainer and coach on a mission to restore passion and purpose to government service through her Conscious Leadership Blueprint ™. With her 23 plus years experience as a federal employee herself, first as an active duty Army officer and later a Foreign Service officer, staff leadership instructor and professional coach, Martha understands exactly what it means to be a government employee and how the strategies and approaches offered in corporate America don’t always fit seamlessly into the government culture.

Martha was certified by Results Coaching Systems as a professional coach and has additional certifications in various tools including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Benchmarks, DiSC, Five Rings, Situational Leadership, and The Passion Test. She has coached government employees one-on-one and in group settings for more than three years.

As a dynamic public speaker and perceptive coach, Martha has a unique ability to pull tired, frustrated, government employees off the bureaucratic treadmill and deliver strategies that allow each individual to recognize, magnify, and apply their greats talents, skills, abilities, and, yes, passions to the agency they serve while simultaneously creating a life they love.
