God's Intent in God's Tent: Holy Fools and Children

Let’s say you have the Queen archetype in the first and the healer in the twelfth. The bigger picture folks is to switch the two archetypes: and have the ego ( first house Queen) being healed. As Caroline Myss has described in Sacred Contracts it is your healing journey with very little to do with anyone outside of yourself. So let’s take the example mentioned and there are several ways you can perceive this situation. Is it the Queen healer ( ego in control) or is it the Queen being healed? Two different intents. You could look at it as a person having to go through a lot of lessons in life to get the ego to understand the healing necessary to heal. You can view it as someone who is very prevalent in the healing of the collective unconscious Queen....which means any shadow will be revealed. It is a remarkable tool. Now let’s take some other examples. What if there is a Victim in House Twelve and a Heroine in House One. The journey again: Heroine overcoming the Victimization Process. The journey can consist of a lot of interesting encounters including overcoming any perceptions of personal limitations, helping others with the victimization process, all of these examples and more are intended to bring the soul to a more holistic place of healing. What often happens in the human life is the ego is very strong and we all have to understand none of it has to do with our ego intent but God’s intent, heaven’s intent, Divine intent, We are all in the tent! Yipppee the Holy Fool and children can see it all as One Big INTENT!!!!!!!

House One: Queen House Twelve: Healer: Inward lessons: how to heal the queen, how to allow the ego to be healed, how to allow the Queen to help and heal others, etc. etc. etc.

House One Hero/Heroine House Twelve: Victim" How to overcome the victim, How not to victimize the Heroine within/without etc. etc.

You see, its about God’s intent. What is God’s intent? So many people write and talk about their intent and this and that, but few ever write about God’s intent.

Is your intent to never let the ego heal? Will we allow Heaven to help us heal? Do you understand God’s intent? Do we understand God’s intent?

The other night I had the privilege to meet once again with Caroline, where we were able to talk intently about plans, progress, and laugh especially about duck tape rolls, healing, how we help each other, and the journey ahead.

So now we begin God’s intent as the Holy Fools and Children are God’s Intent and are in God’s Tent.

    Samaritan Archetype

    Samaritan Archetype

shadow samaritan helps one person or one group to the detriment of another, his family, or friends, implying a kind of self importance that says others must adhere to his choice of who is most deserving.
    - Sacred Contracts, Caroline Myss.

According to Sacred Contracts by Caroline Myss the Samaritan is closely related to the Martyr, Samaritans make sacrifices for those they might be least inclined to serve, as in the Gospel parable of the Good Samaritan. The shadow samaritan helps one person or one group to the detriment of another, his family, or friends, implying a kind of self importance that says others must adhere to his choice of who is most deserving.- Sacred Contracts, Caroline Myss.

Earlier in the Bible, we have a similar story related to Abraham where he is met by three people at his door. He simply welcomes them in, offers them food and drink, and later it is revealed they were angels. Several famous paintings have been created of this scene including aRembrandt print 1656. (Genesis 18: 1-15).

Interestingly in the Biblical text depicting the story of Sodom and Gomorrah we have another set of three men who were later revealed as angels.Lot refused to give the visiting angels to the inhabitants of Sodom. He offered them his two daughters instead, but the people refused. The men were struck with blindness, allowing Lot and his family, who were then instructed to leave the city, to escape. (Genesis, chapter 19).

What is interesting about these two parables is the demonstration of the Good Samaritan. The Good Samaritan parable is found in the Gospel of Luke, chapter 10 verses 25-37.

On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. "Teacher," he asked, "what must I do to inherit eternal life?" "What is written in the Law?" he replied. "How do you read it?" He answered: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'" "You have answered correctly," Jesus replied. "Do this and you will live." But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbor?"

In reply Jesus said: "A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn in Jericho and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. 'Look after him,' he said, 'and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.'

"Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?"

The expert in the law replied, "The one who had mercy on him." Jesus told him, "Go and do likewise."

What needs to be highlighted here is the shadow samaritan helps one person or one group to the detriment of another, his family, orfriends, implying a kind of self importance that says others must adhere to his choice of who is most deserving.

The higher learning here is we are not to pick and choose those we help. If someone approaches us or we see them in need we are to help them regardless of who they are.
Caroline Myss later wrote a book Invisible Acts of Power which basically was about the Samaritan Archetype. There are many stories of people who helped others while there were also many stories of people who were very selective of who they would help. In spiritual direction, regardless of your tradition or beliefs this same teaching can be found in many sacred texts and is a central spiritual teaching throughout the world.

    Collective Healing

Over the last few years of developing my own work and over the years I studied with Caroline Myss I often had a few questions as well as insights about the archetypal wheel, archetypes and how this information is utilized to help others. The twelfth house of the archetypal wheel is concerned with the sixth and seventh chakras. The seventh chakra is concerned with the strength of hving insight into healing, devotion, Faith in the Divine as well as inner guidance. The sixth chakra is concerned with intellectual skills, evaluation of insights, inspiration, and wisdom. The lesson for the sixth chakra is seek only the truth and the shadow is defining the truth in self serving ways.

Caroline and I have had some energetic conversations regarding her recent decision to return to medical intuition and healing. As we all know the twelfth house is concerned with the primary fears :of an unwillingness to look within and excavate one's fears, fear of truth when one person's reason is clouded, the fear of sound, realisitc judgement, fear of relying on external counsel, fear of discipline, fear of one's shadow side and its attributes. The fears relating to spiritual issues, the dark night of the soul, fears of spiritual abandonment, loss of identity, and loss of connection with life and people around us.

As I listened to Caroline who has the intuitive healer in the twelfth house, I realized how she had found some comfort in my little book Butterfly Ride to Freedom and how in some special way it was a spiritual blessing for many. I continued to listen as her decision to return to focus on her work in healing seemed to be emerging for her. Since her intuitive healer is in the twelfth house I knew she would be confronting those fears in her own work.

Therefore intuitive healers in the twelfth house have an interesting role. We have discussed from the personal level the fears being confronted in the twelfth house. As you may realize the twelfth house is connected to the fourth, eighth, and twelfth the water triad. Therefore, it is not unusual for someone such as Caroline Myss to have an impact as she has had when you look at it symbolically. The fourth house is the soul, the eighth house is the unconscious and the twelfth house is the collective soul or unconscious: just looking at those very basic explanations should demonstrate how the intuitive healer works in the twelfth house and in the collective unconscious.

So I thanked Caroline for our conversations and especially for all of the wonderful comments about my books and projects.

    Healing the Judge

One of the most difficult archetypes to work with is the judge. In the most simple explanation the judge archetype is when an individual's personal sense of discernment has crossed over into the internal realm of judging and therefore their inner critic becomes more prevalent. On the surface of their interior hard drive the judge archetype seems to resonate with their personal experience. Often people who have the judge archetype in their natal chart have experienced being judged, felt they were judged or were judging others. Two of the most difficult placements in the natal chart are House One and House Three.

The first house judge archetype lends itself to several issues. The person is often misjudged and the person is often seen as judgemental. If for any reason the person is forced to confront their shadow they soon see how they project their own ego judgements out on others and are often confronted with many things they do not like to see in others. Therefore calling to themselves some of their big healing events. They are often taken to a level of having to see and experience these issues in others and themselves due to the fact it was not dealt with earlier in life. Since it is a first house archetype the issues are often confronted in the first house of others: they are brought people who they normally would not like the appearance of and they have to heal the external judgements,. Sometimes they are placed in circumstances of being totally misjudged by their appearance and once this is discovered, they may even confront or deal with illness or disease that affects their superficial body organs. In the field of energy medicine the first house is connected to the first and third chakra. The first house archetype often has to confront issues in the shadow of excluding others, family identity, bonding, loyalty, prejudice, illusions of superiority. The third chakra has to deal with narcissitic behavior and abdicating personal power of choice. This is your sense of integrity and your place of honor.

The judge in the third house is also challenging in the natal chart. Often times people with this archetypal placement have been judged and also are very vocal and communicate very judgemental attitudes and opinions to others. Their biggest fear is facing the Truth. The truth may consist of the fact they have lied to protect their ego and their fragile sense of self they may be hiding many secrets they fear if they were revealed would in some way have them face judgements they could not tolerate. Again, all of this  is based in fear and of course the reality is much of what they have communicated is false. False as in lies and false as in false judgements.Often times these folks have been seduced by deceit and they have a very difficult time ever understanding who has truly tried to assist them, love them, or care for them. The third house is concerned with again the third chakra which is dealing with narcissitic behavior and abdicting their own personal power of choice out of a need for approval. The fifth chakra deals with an obsessive need to control relationships and events.

The judge archetype is best balanced with wisdom and compassion. Most who have this archetype in their natal chart are continuing to learn not to judge and to most of all learn compassion for others. Often times they will be placed in situations where they will begin to face very challenging situations in their life and the judge archetype will no longer benefit them in the old capacity. Instead they will have to utilize wisdom and compassion.

    Invisible and Abandoned Children

Recently I have received requests to explain further abandoned and invisible children.  as most of you know I listen to many people telling me their life stories and not surprisingly of course they arise from archetypal patterns.

One woman  had made several visits to see me and continued to ask me for help. She was highly successful in all the outward ways including success as a writer teacher, educator  Over a couple of visits listening to her I knew something more. There was not only an abandoned child archetype but also an invisible child archetype. Of course as most of you know in working with archetypes, the literal and symbolic are very closely linked. As a matter of fact in most instances the symbolic takes you directly into the literal where there has been a literal abandoned child and yes a literal invisible child. One student recently asked me " but how do you see invisible children"? I replied " Dispel the illusion". And so I continued  with the case history as follows:

The woman is approximately 56 years old, never married and no children. She reports a close family and a highly successful career. Over the seesion as I got to know her I also got to know a few of her family members including a young man she introduced as her nephew . Over the few months working with her I continued to listen to her history and began therapeutic interventions as well as working with her through archetypes.

During one session something told me to ask her about her son. She looked at me  a little shocked and replied " I do not have children". Once again I looked at her and quietly said " What is the name of your son".

You see her nephew was her son and was a long family secret. She had a pregnancy earlier in her life and was unmarried. Her " psyche"  could not handle the self esteem issues of an out of wedlock marriage, in addition the father of the child was a man who was studying to be a priest. Both would have many energetic repercussions.

In this case the family made careful arrangements for one of her siblings to raise the child. Interestingly this now adult male was both abandoned by his biological parents: the biological mother kept up the role of being his Aunt and he never knew his biological father. As well he was an invisible child. He was her child and was right there all the time. Although she told me one thing, my intutition told me differently. Being able to ask the right question, having the strength of perception and  looking through the illusion to see the truth.

While seeing the truth was very difficult for this client at first, it began  a much needed healing process for the entire family. All of the abandoned and invisible children past, present and possibly future were experiencing tremendous healing energy in those moments.
