Internationally recognized mediator and peacemaker Douglas Noll is the author of "Elusive Peace", recipient of the 2011 International Peace and Justice Book Award. 

Because of his work as co-founder of the Prison of Peace project teaching mediation skills to prisoners, Doug was awarded the 2012 California Attorney of the Year Award.

Doug specializes in difficult, complex and intractable conflicts and is the 2012 President of the California Dispute Resolution Council.
