Abuse comes disguised in many forms. That we are abused is not in question;but how we come out on the other end of the experience is. Having survived many forms of abuse from verbal to sexual, I am now able to see clearly enough through my experiences  to help others heal theirs. At one time, I internalized all of the events in my life which left me feeling guilty, shamed and unforgiving. Upon realizing that the only one I was hurting was myself, I was able to move from feeing vicimized into self acceptance and empowerment.

I am an author, inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator who lives in Alberta, Canada. My first book , Waves Of Blue Light: Heal The Heart And Free The Soul, published in June ,2011 is semi-autibiographical;reflecting on healing from experiences on all levels.
