Survivors not Victims  

Hello, my name is Veronica Thomas and I am a Survivor of Sexual Abuse. I am also the President and Founder of S.N.V., Inc (Survivors Not Victims of Sexual Abuse) and author of Visions From the Past (A true Story) of my abuse. This organization is geared towards turning victims of sexual abuse into Survivors of Sexual Abuse. I am calling for strong, positive, individuals to come forward and help me in this endeavor. I need your assistance in changing someone’s life after experiencing something so devastating. For most people who experience this abuse or any abuse, just knowing that there are others out there who can identify with them and the emotions they are feeling is more important than anything. Many times after experiencing sexual abuse, we feel confused and alone like we are the only ones that have experienced something so terrible. That no one understands what we are feeling. No one understands, no one cares. We want women, men and children alike, to understand and know that they are not alone and to guide them in the next direction they must go. And to know that there are others just like them that have felt and still feel exactly what they are feeling.
