Jen Fry had over 15 years of collegiate coaching experience before making the decision to change careers and take a position outside of athletics. This new position of Program Coordinator for Domestic Merit Scholarships at Duke University allows her to work with college aged students as well as follow her passion of race, equality, and LGBT rights. She has had coaching stints at Elon University, University of Illinois, and Washington State University just to name a few.
