2016- New Year- New Chips…What will you do with your new chips in 2016. Will you hold them or grow them. Chips in this case are skills, will you hold them or grown, stay in the same pot or repot yourself so you can continue to grow and to win…This month we are going to meet some women who decided to repot themselves and to continue to grow...
Our first guest for 2016 is Kimberly Ford, Director of Business Development and I am at USA Track & Field (of which she join after spending a decade and half with the NCAA). She excelled in the areas of Professional Development and Diversity and Inclusion, eventually rising to the level of Director of Minority Inclusion. She is a former track and field student-athlete from Baylor University so her new position is like returning home.
