Our first guest for 2016 is Kimberly Ford, Director of Business Development and I am at USA Track & Field (of which she join after spending a decade and half with the NCAA). She excelled in the areas of Professional Development and Diversity and Inclusion, eventually rising to the level of Director of Minority Inclusion. She is a former track and field student-athlete from Baylor University so her new position is like returning home.
