A Chat in the Garden

Several Sports Columnist have been examining the barriers that are established that keep women from reaching the top positions in Athletic Administration, but the NCAA conducted a study last academic year with the Women of Color in Athletic Administration among all 3 Divisions.  To discussed the outcome and the NCAA next steps is newly elected Vice Chair of the NCAA Minority Opportunity and Interest Committee, Nnenna Akotaoabi who is also the Associate AD/SWA at Swarthmore College.
