The Power of Knowing Your Why – We can probably make a list of 100 excuses why we don’t do the things we know we should, why we don’t work out or eat right. Sometimes all it takes is one good reason to say ”Yes, I am going to make a change.” When you find the one reason, your “why” you will, it can motivate you to make extremely important changes in your life if your why is big enough.
