Handling Love without getting Love Handles
This week, I will talk about the way people tend to fall in love and fall off the fitness wagon. Dates usually consist of alcohol, high carb dinners and movies with candy and greasy popcorn. I will discuss different ways that you can get involved in staying healthy together without making the other person feel like you’re not happy with who they are or how they look.
