Christine Dyan is a registered dietitian and holistic nutritionist with over 20 years of experience in the food and nutrition world. She holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition, and multiple health coaching certifications, including Holistic Health Coaching Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, as well as Transformational Method Coaching Certification from Holistic MBA, which focuses on healing emotional connections to food.

Christine is a wife and a mother of 3 boys and is passionate about creating wholesome meals that are quick and easy to prepare. She loves combining REAL FOODS with holistic ingredients to create uniquely wholesome meals. She's also very passionate about helping women overcome emotional eating issues so they can live vibrant, healthy lives that they truly adore.
