About our guest: Want to know the secret to happiness and success?  So did Shelley Chapman. After graduating from Harvard with her Masters in Human Development and Psychology, she set out to find it.  That journey led her to quit her job, heal from her battle with Compulsive-Overeating Disorder, get rid of 57 pounds for good and finally celebrate the woman that she sees in the mirror. Not being one to keep the secret to herself, she opened Body Food Freedom™, a private practice for women who struggle with waist and weight management and want to find their happiness too. When Shelley is not in a private session or teaching a group workshop, you'll find her on the dance floor, in the kitchen cooking or somewhere traveling and exploring the world.
