This Friday, Dr. Maiysha and Coach Elliott will be welcoming Jay “Master Fitness” Gee to talk about your health and not letting it take a backseat in your life.

 

After getting out of the Army in 1999, Jay Gee was in a horrific car accident and bed ridden for over a month.  Transitioning into a typical office job (aka sedentary in a cubicle), coupled with years of horrible eating, nursing injuries, weight gain and inactivity, Jay I could not take it any longer.  Subsequently, he was the victim of a mugging and was stabbed multiple times, setting his health to an all-time low.  Jay made an immediate life change…The first change was in his own mind, then his body. 

 

Today, he sees a broad picture and realization that health takes a backseat in so many Americans lives today and they don’t realize it until it is too late.  His goal is to help as many people as possible realize the dangers before it is too late.
